I am not usually one to write negative reviews but this experience has been very disappointing for me. Bought a brand new Electrolux washer and dryer that we brought home Dec 7, 2022. We were not home much over the next month so we barely used it and when we got home in January realized it was not drying our clothes. Since it's now been over 30 days since we bought the dryer they will not replace it. They will only send out technicians to fix it. We had a technician come out last week who told us he had to google the issue at home and then he came back today and we were told the circuit board is fried and they do not know when we will be able to get a new one. I used to speak highly of Andre's but due to this I don't think I will recommend the store any longer. Nor will we purchase any other items from here. Very disappointing. Please consider making this right with us. We haven't even had the dryer for two months.

Bruce is absolutely great, went in today to get new appliances he set us up with the best washer and dryer and is very knowledgeable on his product. Even got a stand up deep freeze.We have used him in the past for our fridge, stove and tv.Always a pleasure to his great customer service

quick & to the point sales men (i knew what i wanted).. i love this place... Big Shout out to Larry M for helping load this into the SUV while the team from Andre's was figuring out the fold down seat that was broken ,then able to temporary fix it to fully slide this bad boy in.... great team work & excellent from both guys working there. i will be returning from out of town for sure. and ONLY shop here. thanks again guys.
