Depending on the counter person you get...this place is hit and miss....tire sensor flashing......Need to book and appointment. Kal Tire is so much better but they do not sell Toyo.

Not to be trusted!Went to get an oil change here about a month ago. As a young woman, they saw me coming and decided to inform me about my dangerously low brake pads at 1mm left" that required an immediate $400 repair. This did not sound quite right to me. I had a family member check my brake pads a week later only to find that I have 70% left on them. There is absolutely no repair needed on my brake pads.The staff at Tirecraft tried to rip me off and take advantage of me.I would not recommend this shop to anyone

2 stars for price but not happy with alignment.Upon calling for quote on front end alignment I had asked if they do spec printouts. I was told they do so I booked a appointment. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I asked for the printout and was told I needed to mention it when I dropped off the vehicle and they didnt have one for me.......I truly dont have any confidence the alignment was done properly as I have a wander and the nut for the tie rod adjuster clamp wasn't even moved on new parts.

I drive for St. Albert Taxi as an Owner-Operator. I have been using Tire Craft for several years because they fix things correctly the FIRST time, as quickly as possible. Don and Peter always explain things in laymans' terms in a way that doesn't make me feel clueless. I recommend them to all my clients.

I have been a customer of Pete and Don for about 25 years with intermittent periods of not seeing them because service restrictions imposed by Mercedes. My daughters are now grown and take their cars - usually for emergency situations. I can always rely on the recommendations, pricing and quality of their work. Would recommend this shop 10/10 thanks guys!!

Not happy at all with the service. Would never recommend them to anyone. Dropped off my vehicle to be assessed. Got a call one hr later that it would cost me too much to fix. They said they rotated my front tires but they just switched the caps. They said the back door was fixed/working but it wasn't. Called the owner out to look at it....he knew I busted them on a lie. He called me a few hrs later saying that it would be $475.00 just for a part plus labor $125.00 per hr. Never taking my vehicle to them again. It's like they didnt even want to fix my suv....lol Oh and I was charged $135.00 for pretty much nothing lol.

It was raining and my wipers weren't working so I called to book an appointment. They offered to help right away, fixed the problem immediately and didn't even charge me??! While I waited in the service room, I also overheard one of the men explaining the safety inspection that was done on an older lady's vehicle. She was worried because she didn't have money to make all the repairs immediately, and he was reassuring her that her car was safe and helped her understand the details of the report. 10/10 would recommend this place.
