Worse service ever , went there waited for 55 min with 6 month old, before I could take picture for, some one was present at the location but won’t take the picture, there schedule needs to be fixed for the time they don’t deal with customer will never go back and and would suggest every one not to go there , no curtsy at all , could heart human. On this earth , fuked up

It's a good place for photoshoot and good props too. However, the price is definitely not worth it. I mean they charge ridiculously high prices for their shoot and pictures packages. I was not impressed with the amount of money I paid.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid for a package at a different location and when trying to book because we moved, aga told me what I paid for didn’t exist even though its plain as day on their website and then she tried to tell me the website hadn’t been updated in a while. Tried to get through to their district manager but again aga refused to let her know we needed to speak with her. We’re on day 5 now of waiting for a phone call from the district manager regarding this issue. Nobody will communicate with us or tell us why we haven’t received a call yet.

Had the absolute pleasure of having my baby’s photos taken by Aga. She did such a wonderful job and was incredibly patient and had a great eye for detail. We LOVE how the pictures turned out and would highly recommend working with her for your next photo shoot!

The lady employee is more focused on selling and selling. Trying hard to get you to buy the 1hr location pack which is $100 and need to pay $200 for all the pics (she didn't mention until I asked).She rushed to take the pics. Not a lot came out good so we didn't buy many. This is my 2nd time here.1st time we went for family pics here, it was overbooked so we went to Mississauga location.

Aga was so friendly and patient. Pictures came out beautiful!! The park pictures are so beautiful. Bibi did a wonderful job in studio also. Very knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. Pictures are adorable. Thanks alot Photo Unlimited!!!
