Outstanding service.

They were very helpful I ordered a new Webasto bunk heater yesterday and it came in today I went in and payed for it very pleasant

I should have posted this review a few weeks back, in October. I was traveling through Moncton on the way to Florida in my 94 Prevost conversion when the hot side Turbo pipe blew off on my DD 8V92, due to the flange having corroded. Fortunately I found this Wajax location close to where I lost the pipe, and crawled in just after 2pm on a Wednesday. The guys at the shop were very helpful, confirmed my diagnosis, and removed the failed pipe. They checked to see if they could get a replacement part, but unfortunately none were available. They told me they had a great supplier close by where they could get a new flange welded on, and that would do the trick. The welding shop was close by, so I offered to drive the part over for the work to be done, using my tow car. The guys at the welding shop were also great and were able to turn the job around within an hour. By the time I got back to the Wajax shop it was close to closing time, so they offered me a plug in for power, and said they’d sort me out in the morning. First thing the next day they installed the pipe, and to my surprise, indicated that given I’d driven the part to the welder and paid for it, that there would be no charge for their service. I wish I could remember the names of the three fellows that helped me, they were great and very hospitable. Also the shop for welding that they used was top class. An all around great experience, and would highly recommend this Wajax location for service.

Great people with great knowledge and know what they do..

This branch of Wajax is GREAT, We had some intermittent engine issues we could not duplicate nor determine, but the team there at Wajax Moncton, was proactive and forward thinking. Together we did get it resolved and got us back on the road. Felt as though we were treated like a valued customer although we were passing through and likely a one time client. Doug the manager was a real pro and very accommodating, Jean Luc, the tech who performed the work was also a real pro and very personable. Johnathan the service coordinator was also a real pro. Just good guys and real people. Over all we can say we were treated extremely fair and can recommend this team if you need help in the Moncton area. We would actually travel a distance now to have work performed there than anywhere else so far. Nice job guys!
