Stoped in for some hair products! Was very impressed with Talias customer service. She was by herself but that didn’t take away from her customer service and attention. Knowledgeable about products and made sure I left happy! Great job

Very disappointed and confused. It says both online and on the door that they are open until 6pm for curbside pick-up. I've called several times with no answer and I'm sitting outside the store and clearly someone is inside, all of the lights are on and I can see an order ready to go at the door. Tried knocking and calling over and over with no response. Several other customers tried to come and call as well as I've sat here again with no answer.

Management structure is lacking and causes a very negative environment. The new manager is so rude and intimidates you into buying product you don't need or want by bullying you into thinking you don't know what you're doing. Now that she's caused 3 of her 4 employees to quit in a matter of 3 weeks because she can't manage the store properly or treat the staff with respect, she's re-hired an even more rude ex-employee who's just had her baby. Yes, I'm referring to the blonde one everyone complains about but the company refuses to fire. I'd skip this beauty supply chain altogether and shop elsewhere. If they can't keep their staff from quitting, the customer service will also be worse now that the once amazing staff have left the company.

Pregnant woman was very rude. Would not allow me to use my Indian Status card for tax free.. considering Sally's is on reserve.Hopefully the manager fixes their system as this has been the 2nd time going to Sallys in 2 months denying my Status Card for tax off as their system was not working.

It depends on who is working, I've had great service here but I've also walked out without purchasing due to rude staff. I do like Sally's the store for their products & prices. Just lacks customer service at times.

Wow! Awesome outcome with my hair because of some great advice from Kandice!! I recommend her 100% and she is a registered hair dresser so she knows exactly what to do. She was great to talk to and a super sweet girl! Make sure to let her know it went smoothly with my hair, she will want to know. Will for sure come back!! Thank you!!!

I will never be coming back!!! I have never in my life been so upset about my hair! I had bought color brilliance and I had trusted one of the ladies words about the product!! I had got the worst experience of my life, I have lost all of my hair, I have no more hair left! I used to have long jet black hair, and it’s gone, I also had asked about hair extensions and they weren’t able to help me, I highly recommend anyone that is going to dye there hair to not buy any product from Sally’s worst experience of my life!! And not very happy about it.. and also when I called them about it they weren’t able to help me about it at all, they just sent me to customer service. I spent two hours on the phone with them and yet they didn’t help me! Never ever buy anything from them again!!!
