They are fraud travel agent, miss Sanjiv is so rude and she told me wrong ticket prices , I book first time ticket from them but she charges me more for my booking , I check with customer service department and they told me the ticket price but she get more money from me , moreover when I cancel my booking due to some reason and ask her to rebook again they she said she don’t have any flight booking in coming two months she just tried to sold me business class instead of economy class ticketAnd also my ticket was fully refunded by air india but she deduct 300 dollar from my booking I call them and now every time they are making me excuses but not returning my moneySo I would recommend never trust on this travel agency they are so rude and cheater

Worse travel agency , they are not trustworthy, I book a ticket 6 months ago and they deduct 600 dollar saying that there is penalty on my ticket by air india however air india said they refund full amount to them , I ask them to refund my rest of money but they did nor respond to my emails , they are fraud , never book tickets from these frauds

I have been doing my travel bookings through Riya Travel since last year and must admit the service is excellent. The turnaround time is simply good. They provide with several flight options and the most reasonable fares. My contact there has been Crystal Menezes and she has been simply amazing. Getting back to me in a quick 3-5 minutes. she will respond to you even on her days off and after her work hours. that truly shows her dedication to her work. I'm very happy I've found a good travel agent I can trust for my travel. I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
