I have been a customer of Fabutan Hespeler for more than 3 years now, and I love the location, the staff, the quality of service and everything in between. I get lash extensions (classic) and go tanning- and both services are great! Shani Wilson is a great lash technician, she is meticulous and detail oriented, and gave me the BEST lashes! Thank you Shani and Fabutan staff!

Went in on June 11th for a classic lash extension set. I find the price for a classic is a bit high compared to other places but obviously that is subjective. The lady who did my eyes was nice but was the only one in the studio that day. Due to this she kept having to stop and assist other customers/answer the phone which resulted in it taking 2.5 hours to finish my set. Not a problem as I understand that she is only person working. My issue was that she did not stop do sanitize/ wash her hands in between touching other surfaces like the phone and coming back to me. This made me a bit uneasy as she was working on my eyes/ face, but I didn't want to be that customer" who asked her if she was cleaning her hands before coming back to work on me. I don't want to be too harsh as the studio was clean overall and I understand that being the only person working can be somewhat stressful."

Best tanning salon in the Tri cities ! It’s clean, easy parking, spacious with tons of beds.The girls are amazing there!! Shout out to Amy, Malory and Dana for always keeping me updated on promos and their top picks for lotions!

Very poor service. The owner needs to train the staff. Lazy and looked miserable to help when it’s a busy time of year. Never clean towels. Talked about other clients at the desk while reading books or on cell phones. Took our business elsewhere 100 percent. So sad.

The staff is always so friendly when I go in and booking online is so simple. Their hours always work for my schedule and I'm never waiting more than 2 minutes when I go for my appointment. Even when I need to change an appointment, they are always so accommodating and make the changes without any issues.

Most of the girls working there are great except for the new one. She doesnt seem properly trained and takes personal calls as she is dealing with customers.
