Horrible customer service, short cuts every job.They donot honor there word for repairs. Still waiting 6months now.if there's a class action lawsuit pleas notified us.

Worst management I have EVER encountered. This company should be publicly shamed for the underhanded and deplorable behavior behind the scenes. If you are purchasing from them you would be wise to have your unit inspected by an independent firm. Cover up is their modus operandi!

Brutal experience,Ram the owner and his team, ceo Scott and the pitiful sales rep Vance are the most UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE we have ever experienced !!!We have spent well over $125,000 to have our new summer home incomplete with the flashing, the roof, the furnace,the floor boards, the painting, much more yet to have finished...It's been almost 2 years for us and they still REFUSE to comply with the contract we signed !!!They lie, they do not return phone calls or respond in a timely fashion, including emails !!!This has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with these people who really don't seem to care !They are not an accredited company and have been reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU !!!They DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS...PLEASE BE WARNED !!!SINCERELY,Anna MaglioVictoria BCxthe worst

It’s been a couple months since we had our new home delivered and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. We were able to custom from start to finish. Ram and his crew took personal pride in their workmanship to make sure we as customers ended up with what we were expecting. I would recommend Modulux Design to anyone who is thinking of building a park model.

DO NOT buy anything from Modulux Design Ltd!!! Ram Gopal and Scott Racine are the most unprofessional people my wife and I have ever dealt with. They have taken $165,000.00 cash from us and delivered late a park model full of extensive damage. Feel free to contact us anytime for details, such as...major cracks in walls, torn floors, wrong interior design, damaged appliances, windows not working, paint not done etc. (pictures can be provided). They have been paid in full and refuse to repair any of the above mentioned damage!!! We are currently in the process of dealing with this company legally and via social media to give WARNING!!!

We had our dream park model created by Ram and his team in the spring of 2017. I brought many ideas to the table, they welcomed them and even came up with a bunch to make it even better. From the designer to the work crew who built it for all of the effort to create such an awesome home. I cant say enough about these people!
