So disappointed with this place. Me and my brother showed up to transfer vehicle from our father that had passed away. We waited on certain paperwork over a year to be able to do. My brother travelled from Vancouver just for the lady to tell us we are too late and they close in 45 minutes and there isn’t enough time. We went to Sussex in superstore. Everything was done before the closing time of this place and that included the time it took to go there. Lady said it would take 50 minutes and it took 15. Clearly too lazy to work the last hour of her shift and just made an excuse not caring about the customers. I’m not saying all the agents in this place are bad but she earned them the 1 star

Haylee was incredibly helpful and really appeared to be gunning for the best rate she could get me on my car insurance. I'm very thankful my friend recommended this location and I've loved each and every visit so far. Doubt I'll be going to any other location for a long time. HIGHLY recommended and VERY impressed!

We've been going to AC&D for as long as I can remember for our home and vehicle insurance. This year, we had a particularly hard time insuring our mobile home due to forest fires in the area, etc. Anna was incredible with all the help and support she gave to us...she found us coverage and negotiated extended timelines for us to have an electrical inspection done. Anna went above and beyond and we highly recommend her and AC&D.

Renewing home & auto insurance should always be this easy...After my credit cards all got scammed at the same time and I was waiting for replacement cards to come in the mail, my condo insurance was due to renew.Through the magic of AC&D Insurance Services, the Reeta renewed my policy and patiently waited until the cards were replaced to process the payments...Then I forgot to call them back. Carina called me this morning, and we processed the condo insurance smoothly, and then I remembered that my car insurance was also due (I thought tomorrow! Turns out it's next week) and we renewed that, too.A completely painless process, and in both cases, with premiums LOWER than last year.Who is going to find you a lower price on anything this year?These folks are great --simple process, smooth and polite... and they can help people anywhere in the province!

She is always very quick to respond and very knowledgeable when I have questions about coverage or changes that I may need. I had given 5 stars a few years ago when I came across Sandi the best agent I have come across in all my years doing insurance. I would go any where that was convenient until I met Sandi and only went to ACD after that. I had recommended family, friends and coworkers to go to her. I told a coworker to go to Sandi in February 2022 to do his new fleet (12 cars) and he said that she was not there and the man he dealt with did not know how to do a fleet and did not try to figure it out. So he went to another office where they did the extra mile and helped him.I thought Sandi was just not there that day. I was so disappointed when I went in to insure my business cars and was told Sandi was no longer working at ACD and she left. I read the reviews from other clients and was shocked that they moved an agent that was so well liked by client to another office, no wonder she left. I cannot believe a company would treat an employee so badly. I would no longer recommend ACD to anyone as when I went there last time they really did not hold up to the service that I had received from Sandi in the past.No longer recommending ACD and my family will be going back to where it is convenient.Shame on you ACD! You really screwed up and let the best agent you had go.
