I recently had my older Seadoo Utopia jetboat in for minor repairs. It's getting harder to find any company even willing to work on these. They said it would be 7 to 10 days before they would get to looking at it. Considering it's at the beginning of the boating season here, that seemed reasonable. Derek from service called within that timeframe with the diagnosis. The repair was done reasonably quick and correctly. Derek always returned my calls very quickly which was appreciated. Will be back.

We bought our Berkshire pontoon at the 2019 Toronto Boat Show. Baxter was awesome to deal with and personally delivered the boat to us and went out with us for the first trip to ensure we were comfortable with all the features and operation. In October 2019 they picked up the boat for winter storage. With COVID-19 delaying everything our boat was delayed like everyone else. We had a list of warranty items and some additional wants including the installation of our GPS unit. Sean and his team were able to get everything fixed for warranty issues and installed our GPS. Ian was great delivering the boat to the launch so I could drive it home. The final wants will get done when everything is received from the suppliers. Sean,Baxter and the entire team at Leatherdale have been fantastic to deal with for 2 new boaters. Always a pleasure to deal with.

The sales rep Bob Lea at Leatherdale marine, is one of the best sales reps that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life (and I own a car dealership so I have seen and dealt with a lot of reps) Bob is professional, extremely thorough, incredibly quick with follow up and to answer any questions that we had. Bob also kept us in the loop (without us asking for information) regarding when the unit was getting built, texting us VIN numbers on both the unit and trailer when they became available, and informing us about the delay based on 4 parts being back ordered. Once all of the 4 parts had arrived, Bob understood how excited we were to pick up the new jet ski, and prepared the unit for delivery earlier than we expected in order for us to be able to pick it up sooner.Bob is the single reason that we purchased from Leatherdale marine. We stopped at Leatherdale marine last year when we were purchasing a used sea doo off of facebook marketplace. Our intention was to ask a few questions about the unit we were about to pick up. (As we were vacationing at Fern Resort around the corner from the store) Bob spent 2 hours with us going over anything and everything that we would need in order to have a smooth pickup (of a unit that he was making no money on…obviously). Bob answered every question we had, went through paperwork and licensing that we would need, and is the sole reason that we were able to pick up the used jet ski easily. While there, we purchased a number of accessories from him at the time. Never once did we feel like we were a bother or wasting his time. He was patient, understanding and a true gentleman.Within a day or so of picking up the used jet ski last year, my girlfriend and I discussed it and decided that we were going to order a brand new jet ski. Based on our incredible experience with Bob, the decision as to where to purchase the new jet ski, became a simple decision. (My girlfriend is even friends with the local BRP dealer in Welland) We live in Niagara on the lake, and decided to purchase in Orillia and make the two and a half hour drive when the time came to pick it up, based on the incredible level of service that Bob provided us.During the year that we waited for the new jet ski, we purchased a paddle board from Bob as well. Again, it was based on how incredible he is as a sales rep.Bob actually agreed to meet us on a Sunday in a parking lot of a local mall on his day off to deliver the paddle board to us as we were passing close by Orillia on our way up north.I cannot express what an asset Bob Lea is to Leatherdale marine. If you can keep him working for years to come or somehow mentor someone to learn how to be a true professional from him before he retires please do so.A true thank you goes out to Bob for all of his efforts to make us 100% satisfied customers over the past 12 months. I would recommend Leatherdale for parts service. Had an emergency with two rear ATV tires and had to replace them. Shawna went above and beyond , found the tires, had them picked up from the supplier, installed on the rims, all within 4 hours. Did not catch the names of the two gentlemen that assisted, but they too were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Great folks to deal with! I worked with John to put together a deal on an ATV, and found him to be helpful, straightforward, and honest. When I picked up the ATV, Baxter gave me a great run down on the machine, and went through all the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leatherdale Marine!

I recently went to Leatherdale Marine to purchase a Seadoo. I had the oppurtunity to sit down with Baxter Higgins.He was so patient, knowledgeable, and kind.Hi goal was help me make the right decision for me and for my families use. Not to close the sale on the spot.He decided that rather than I impulsively put a deposit on one, that I wait until I could see and sit on both options.He took the time to really educate me on the costs and benefits and upside and down on both models.I left feeling in the best of hands.It was a tremendous experience.Ted
