Nova Physiotherapy - Bedford

I have been to this place one time so far. Heather one of the physcio therapist who treated me is one of the best experiences I had. She gave me a treatment like she care. And she definitely helped me with the injury where the doctors said I won't have any cure for. Definitely suggest physcio n this place.

I have never been so happy with massage services as I am now with Ashley. She is amazing, I was suffering from extreme head aches every day, and after seeing 4 other massage therapists prior to her, all had left me in pain and so much discomfort. Ashley though has been working with me patiently to put me on a road to recovery, with my head aches greatly subsiding and my general health feeling better I am so happy I have found her, she has worked wonders on me so far and I would reccomened her to anyone.

I would highly recommend Nova Physio and their staff after my recent and first experience there. My physiotherapist, Alex Simon was able to quickly locate the source of my injury, throughly explain it, and start treatment right away. Thanks to Alex I no longer have any pain and am back to running and my sports schedule full time.Hands down best physio experience I have ever had!

I saw Alex for physio after a car accident. I loved that Alex was super educative and walked me through every muscle, and every treatment. He always let me know what he was doing, why, and what the goal of treatment was, I always felt super involved! He provided me with exercises for homework after every visit, and I noticed such an increase in mobility and a reduction in pain by the end of our work together. Thanks Alex!

I have massage therapy with Ashley. She is beyond amazing! I have had several therapists in the past and she is the only one I have stuck with exclusively. She is super knowledgeable, makes your feel safe, sevure and well looked after. As for her treatments I have had grear success in treatment of a few different conditions and always feel confident Im in the best hands! She is a treasure for a therapist and I am so grateful to have her as mine!

Sarah Craswell has been the best physiotherapist I've ever been to. She understands the source of the pain and injury and examines the injured site carefully. She applies treatments that are so different from any physiotherapists I've been to before. She ensures the pain is treated before going into remedial stretches and exercises. She follows up with detailed email instructions on the exercises and ensures the correct level of difficulty to be used for any stretch or exercise based on the muscle strength.I've received immense relief for my spinal facet pain with just 3 treatments and now I'm able to manage it. She explains the terminology in a layperson's manner. I'm very grateful to Sarah for brightening my summer which was otherwise handicapped with pain and less mobility.
