I had opportunity of experiencing the services of this pharmacy only once but it was amazing in terms of customer service, professionalism and the empathy when dealing with clients . Ruaa was just outstanding in providing the human touch to all her interactions with clients.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, but more importantly, the knowledge and service that the pharmacists have is second to none. I feel reassured when they go though my medication. They also helped a family friend with in home care and medical equipment along with offering equipment consultation and solutions. I will always recommend Origins, you make me look good when I send clients your way! Thank you!

I have confidently been referring my patients for all of their compounding pharmacy needs to Miranda and her exceptional team of pharmacists and professionals. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and have always gone above and beyond to assist my patients with any questions they have regarding their prescriptions. Their state of the art facility allows them to consistently deliver the highest quality compounding formulas.They are second to none in the industry most importantly for their exceptional customer service and expertise.

I could have been told that shipping was free.I could have been told there were two origin pharmacies located in the same complex.I could have been told e-transfer was available because I don’t have a credit card.None of that happened.I received excuses after driving an hour to pick up a necessary prescription, of ‘I’m just here filling in’ and ‘there’s a new person working over there’ because no one had thought to bring over a filled prescription, or give me the amount owing, or offer delivery, or an e-transfer.Really disappointed in the service received, in all aspects.

Careful... they charge $2+tax for a regular cloth face mask... which is mandatory in the building.Over 300% markup... usualy it's a sales strategy of taking advantage of people in bad situations.

I was happy at first with my compounding prescriptions. the problem is the delivery. They promise to come on a certain day and time, but several times no one showed up. I ordered 4 days in advance and then called left 2 messages and no return call or even delivery the next day after they forgot. I was depending on my prescriptions and the pharmacy is quite far from where I live. why do you offer delivery and just not show up without a phone call. not impressed anymore

All were extremely dismissive.Then, I called Origins Pharmacy, located inside Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. Puja and Bev are the kindest, most caring, and wonderful pharmacists I have ever met. They were helpful, calmed down my anxiety, and walked me through everything with such compassion and genuine concern during a very stressful time. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely be going back to the pharmacy in the future. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Puja and Bev!!!!

**Pros: This pharmacy is very unique—I love the compounds they make and go for all my medicines here. They do a great job with the compounding! Thank you for existing as not many pharmacies like these exist.**Cons: I left 2 stars out because it is so difficult to remove medications out of their blister packs; I can imagine how difficult it would be for the elderly or those with tremors. Another star out because one of the receptionist talked extremely rudely and unprofessionally when I had asked her a question about this specific medication (side effects, dosage, scheduling). I never got her name because I got so nervous while talking to her on the phone; she quickly hung up before I could even say bye. They’re great at what they do but you don’t get all yours questions answered. Therefore, I go to my family doctors pharmacy and ask them questions I have about specific medicines to which they answer thoroughly.—Thank you!

I have never had a pharmacist make a phone call to check in to see how a patient is doing after having surgery. I am so grateful to the pharmacist that called me and gave me such helpful information; I can't thank-you enough.

Spoke to a lady on the phone today who was incredibly rude. She was very upset that I was not happy with the referring doctor, and became extremely defensive of him. I had questions about a prescription that she did not seem to know how to answer. At one point she tells me that she's not a doctor and I should ask my doctor these questions, so when I say that I will call my doctor she suddenly changes her tone and tells me I NEED the prescription. Was very strange.
