Alicia was very responsive booking and with questions. They did snow clearing on our property which was awesome! They did such a good job, got right down to the cement. They were careful. Respectful of neighbours (we share a driveway with them) I’d recommend for snow clearing and we will call them again. Bonus : We don’t have sore backs :)

Terrible experience. Yes my grass was very long and yes I approved their quote as I was stuck overseas and had a letter from the city to cut my grass so I was desperate long story short their quote came at 500 I said yes then said to wait for me to confirm as I had found another company with $120 quote. (which I understand is not clear and since it was my mistake that I didn't say to hold off clearly, i took fault and moved on) anyways they did my lawn and send pics it looked great, and I said to myself their probably a much better company and they'll leave my grass healthy. I come back 3 weeks after that to dead grass. Not just that they removed my gutter extensions and never put it back KNOWING and that ended up dropping rain next to my basement and getting a few drops in it, thankfully I was back in time to address it. Im never one that complaints or write bad reviews but I just feel really bad about the experience I had with this company.

Very thankful for a last minute dig out of our work van so we can get to our next tradeshow!Fast response time, kind and professional staff in the office and the work crew.Would recommend them for snow removal any time and a happy bonus that they are also an eco-friendly land care business. Will pass on their info to anyone needing landscaping work and for our future landscaping needs.
