Great place to wash your dog after she's been digging holes. They provide aprons to keep you dry but staying dry is a challenge when a dog this size shakes!

Bought around 24 bags of $113bags of acana dog food over the past 2 years and tried a different flavour. My dog has puked every meal over the past two days on it. Tried returning but because I threw the original bag out they wouldn’t take it back. Recommended selling it online.*update* Contacted by customer support and they apologized and contacted the store requested them to give me a free bag for my experience. 5/5 customer service, 1/5 in store experience

This is your basic pet Valu store. Their prices are the same as any other. I’ve been into this store twice And both times the product I wanted was sold out. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. This Pet Valu seems like it could offer more services??!! It’s quite a large store and very clean and bright. I will still try this store again as it is very close to my home. However, if they don’t have my products for a third time, I may not return?!

Went to wash the dog today around 11 am. I was very disappointed by the staff this time. First, he allowed a dog with obvious skin diseases to take a bath, this is extremely irresponsible for other dogs. Second, he refuse to provide any dog treat, I don't believe that petvalu will have dog treats out of stock. Thirdly, when checkout, he didn’t ask our member's mobile phone number. Very disappointed this time.

Very impressed with their service. After my dog was suffering from a yeast infection in the ears “Kat”allowed me to return the opened bag of dog food and directed me to Acana. The ear problem cleared up and his coat has also turned soft and shiny . Thank you for your professional service and putting me on the right course for my dog’s health and well being

Pet wash has gone up in price and the amenities have gone down.When I first starting coming here there were several varieties of pet shampoo in bulk jugs, now your lucky to get any shampoo.Disappointing.

I do like this store. They allow you to bring your pets in. It is a bit smaller than most similar stores but carry all the same product. #DiegoApproved
