The stuff was nice and patient. Everytime when I ask them about the delivery status several time, their responses were fast and patient, and always provide the best option for saving my money.

Horrible experience! The lady working at the front desk told me she wants a dollar to do work for me when I brought my already packaged and prepaid DHL shipment. When I asked her why she's charging me a dollar for a prepaid and packaged shipment she said it's her fee to take packages. I then asked her for a pen and she said I have to pay a dollar if I want to use her pen. As a DHL service point you get paid commission by DHL to take packages, not by your customers. She wouldn't even give me a receipt.

Had this location set as a pick up point.The only drawback is they were unable to deliver after closing but that's natural. Delivery was made the next day.Fast service with no hassle

Lady working the desk gave me lots of trouble.She pulled out the wrong package and accused me of trying steal it when my phone number didn’t match. I eventually realized she made a mistake and pointed it out to her. She then gets me the correct package and notices that there is no phone number attached to the order (the sender never asked me for one). I show her my confirmation email and TWO pieces of ID to which she begrudgingly hands me my package and says “Last time! Okay? You need phone number next time or you won’t get package!” As if this whole mixup was MY fault.

I went in there to pickup my package and they said its not there yet but DHL give me a pick up notification yesterday that ready to be pick up. but i saw the last digit of my waybill into my package at the service point but they said its not here yet

AVOID THIS PLACE. The lady running this office barely speaks or understands English and seems not to know how to prepare a DHL package. She wouldn't do the calculations for me on the DHL website and instead told me to do it -- I suspect because she didn't know how to do it herself. I left and went instead to The Packaging Depot at 6360 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5E 1C5. They're pros and know what they're doing.
