Amazing and friendly service.My car was due for a recall and the team at sellantis picked up my car and returned within the same day with a free complementary car wash!I was very happily surprised.

Dominic and the team at Stellantis were all extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly, the service almost felt too good to be true! Gladly it wasn’t, everything that we had spoken about on the car had been seen to by Dominic. He really done a brilliant job ensuring everything was up to scratch.Would highly recommend. Best experience to date when buying a car.

He made the whole purchasing experience really painless!In Robins and Day for my Peugeot 5008's first service and was very pleased to see Walid again, it's been a year, but he remembered me, and it was like meeting an old friend!2nd service today, and a near a 30-minute wait to be seen, strange as there was only one person waiting ahead of me!As usual, the service was excellent, I particularly liked the videos as the car was being serviced.

The car came with a few issues, which should have been checked properly by the workshop prior to selling it, which was a shame as it caused me stress, waste of time as well as money as I took time off work 3 times to bring the car to be repaired in the first month of purchase.So a feedback is that the workshop next time checks the car properly before selling it to someone.Other than that the sales person also did a terrible job of not responding to me at all, ignored 5 emails, never responded to any, once I found out the issues the car had, but to sell the car, he was very nice, as he was after his commission.Other than that I must thank Elton, the sales manager, for going the extra mile to fix all this problems, and to speed things up for me to be satisfied after all this issues I’ve faced.Because of his commitment to make things better, I have edited this review from 1 to 3 stars. Elton, thanks for going above and beyond.If you’re wanting to purchase a car here, Elton is your man if you have any issues, and I ado advise you to check every feature before driving off, specially electrical ones, which is what I mainly had issues with.

After a few Audi's, Ford's & Nissans we tried Peugeot & haven't looked back. This is now our 3rd Peugeot. We had a 3008, then a 208 & now a 308 sw. Service has been impeccable from Chingford Robin Day & a special mention to Ozan who has been really great. After the disappointment of our 2015 Nissan qashquie (don't ever buy the 1.2 petrol) we were looking at something different & the new 3008 looked great. Never been a fan of Peugeot to be honest (except a 205gti) but we had a look at the models in the showroom & the quality is night & day compared to the Nissan. Just opening the drivers door has a real premium feel that's more Audi'esq than the qashquie could only dream of. The build quality, refinement & technology you get for the monthly payments has been unbeatable. The small steering wheel isn't to everyones taste but around town the cars feel incredibly agile with little input to go round corners, it makes everything else we've had feel slow & sluggish to steer. There is something special about how these new Peugeot's steer & ride compared to other cars we've owned & nothing currently on the market makes us want to change brands. Highly recommend the 1.2 three cylinder petrol mated to the 8 speed auto. It's gutsy, sounds good when you put your down but is incredibly quite at motorway speeds. Reliability has been 100% & the price point is so competitive we just bought a new 308 sw.

Bought an e2008Overcharged £250 in the payment process - took numerous calls and chasing to get it back over a MONTH later. I was told I should get it back in 5 working days!Incorrect name on the log book by the dealership. Took them over a MONTH to attempt to correct it, still didn't fix the issue! Ended up doing it myself since they were so unreliable.Was told I would receive rubber car mats as compensation for starting the warranty and finance payments for the car BEFORE I had even received the car but was given nothing topped with appalling service! Was later told if I give them a 10 on the feedback survey they would give the mats but I couldn't bring myself to do that after the £250 overcharge and log book issue which they took over a month to look into. The car was registered early and the warranty started early so they could get their monthly bonus.The car also broke down later on, it wouldn't move and I was stranded! Had to get my breakdown cover to fix it, Peugeot assistance did nothing. Booked an appointment with the dealership to get it looked at, earliest appointment 3 weeks later, took a day off work for it. On the day of the appointment waited an hour to be seen by the dealership and then to be told they're too busy to look at it!Also a moisture issue inside the car so when it gets cold in the winter I have to scrape the ice of the windscreen not only from the outside but also from the inside of the car!

Everytime I’ve gone to Stellantis &you peugeot my experience has been 10/10. Ozan was very professional and very friendly to us. 10/10 customer service he explained the whole process and answered to all our questions which made this purchase smooth.

Had my car serviced today together with free change of the seal (leaking engine oil). I dealt with Elisavet - service manager who was very polite and helpful! She arranged the courtesy car for a day! Real please to speak to her. I will definitely come back to use the service in future. Thank you again!!!
