I had my stuff stored there for over a year and a half, over all great experience, they were always helpful any time I called, their app works great, shows you if you have an owing balance and what your gate code is, the 24hour access for the gate always worked and was easy to use, it's probably the best storage place in terrace BC, only thing I didn't like was as of starting 2021 they starting raising the rates from what I had originally been paying, but overall great place to store your stuff if you can get a unit
