Croissant not as good as before, now full of air and not consistent (big, small) desserts also reduced quality, no attention to details, berrys on pieces, not good looking, burnt pizza, etc. Not the first choice no more.

At first, when they opened everything was more organized and fresh. The second time I went there, it was a bit disappointing. My recent visit was so disappointing. I got a pounding, it was chewy, dry, and doughy. The box was dirty, seems they used it for a raspberry cake earlier, had some red spots on it ( mine was blueberry). The coffee was cold and tasteless. I got two plates, one was dirty, when I asked to change it, the new one was dirty as well. At this point, not sure if I ever go back there!

The bakery has a very modern and comfortable decor with high ceilings. There's good sunlight that comes in. The pastries are not bad. The sandwiches are tasty and the bread is moist on the inside. I enjoyed eating them and I was able to try many different things. There's a wide selection of food from salads to pizza. They even have a rewards program. You get a free pie on your birthday if you sign up. The service was very friendly, however I feel like they still have a few kinks to work out since they just opened not long ago. So I'll be definitely going back to see how they will improve.P.S. It was easy to social distance as everyone moves in one direction toward the cash. Don't forget to grab a number.

First, understand that running successful pastry retail stores in Montreal is extremely hard. In a French culture, competition in quality pastries is insane, yet the spending power isn't that great either. Ange has done very well at surviving with great quality. I'm from Toronto, been to 2 locations of Ange in QC including this one, they are amazing. Nice variety of pastries and bread selections. I would say the bread section isn't large as Premiere Moisson, but it's great enough. Haven't tried their pizza yet. I had their quiche, tarts, cakes, all fresh and great quality.

Love their baguette. This is the best new bakery I’ve discovered in a long time. The right balance of French patisserie precision and a more rustic approach. Try the quiche or one of their delicious baguette, ham & butter sandwiches. Update: still our family's favourite baguette in the Greater Montreal area.

Quality is pretty good but the service since 6 months is bad by the staff, they talk rudely to you and they act busy when you come in. I had a knife which was dirty and politely said : my knife is dirty may I have another one please? And the staff threw the knife and gave me another one while adding with a passive aggressive tone have a good day !The sign says take a number but numbers and or line is not respected, be more consistent and fair .The service does not want me or my wife want to come back

The minute you open the door, the store already smells so good. So many selections. I like the croissant, the white soft bread, the chouquette and really like the Maple syrup tart. The crust of the tart is good and everything well balance. Staff is nice and patient. We will come back for sure.

Frequent buyer - usually their croissants are good. Today I went to buy early at 7am and I’m pretty sure that the croissants were for the day before! They tasted bad, had a sour taste. Really disappointed!

Everything here is really bad. Although I don’t doubt the freshness cause they have the bakery right behind and its always packed with people, but somewhere their baking skills are questionable.Took a pizza slice which seemed made in the 19th century. Complained and the guy said well you ate half of it. We had a hungry kid who didnt know how bad this pizza was.Almond croissant seemed like baked from recycled cardboard.Worst chocolate muffin of my life. Tim Horton’s is way betterPremiere Moisson is the way to go! Avoid if possible. Oh by the way prices are exorbitant.
