Kory the owner is by far the best company owner in the entire industry very friendly, very knowledgeable, knows his stuff. Teslica's entire staff are very professional and so outstanding. Three of us bought bikes two months ago and we are very happy with the fun that it has put back in biking. Awesome company to deal with. Very friendly, and professional. Great bikes. Picked up my new bike today. Love it. I have had both hips replaced, due to arthritis , and have arthritis in both knees. This bike is able to get me back on a bike outside without killing me knees. Biked 38.6 kms on first day and loved it.

The guys and gals at Teslica are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and customer centered. That is what first sold me on the bike. Secondly, it is the bike of course. It is a great ride, easy to handle, and looks great. Happy biking!

We picked up our ebikes yesterday. Great service and information session (thanks Juan) before we left with the bikes.Today we did our first outing. The bike is very easy to use and adapt to the different assist level settings. Looking forward to many more outings. If the product is half a good as the service from Teslica, we will have many many years of enjoyment. My husband and I were very impressed by the service we got when I bough my first e-bike this month. Korey sold me the bike according to my needs. He answered all my questions and give me all the info I needed to make a good choice plus The price was fair.I had the opportunity to try the bike at the store before making my decision. My bike was ready the day scheduled for pickup and I received a Ã+ explanations by Batoul to how to use the bike. No rush during that time. Today I use for the first time my bike and I was confident and felt secure to use it. I really enjoy my ride and I am positive for the future. Thanks to all the team at Teslica .

Excellent service! Staff very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions we had. So far no regrets with the purchases of our 2 bikes. They provided us with explanatory videos which helps alot when I doubt. I highly recommand Teslica E-bikes.
