Fabulous customer service, selection, and products! My partner and I were the nightmare clients, returning again and again to narrow down our very first matress purchase. The two gentlemen who regularly work here had endless patience and answered all our questions, and helped us figure out what was right for us. Perfect balance of being around when we needed help, and leaving us to explore when we needed to be on our own. We finally bought a matress (Whistler) and a platform bed with storage drawers. We have had our new bed for a year now and absolutely love it! So comfy!

Worst mattress store in Vancouver. They ship the wrong product, don't do returns on their mistakes and have inferior goods. Stay away!

Mike helped my partner and I find the best mattress in what felt like was lightning speed. Super nice guy. We came in, found the right fit, made the purchase, and left, all within 30-40 mins.. unreal. I was dreading having to take the time to research and try different mattresses, go to different stores.. etc etc, and I was procrastinating going mattress shopping but like wow I am impressed. Simmons was the only place we went to, I was completely expecting to need to shop around but the prices were really good and we found what we liked. Last mattress I had bought was a sleep country one for about double the price, and I find this one to have more support than the last one. Just got the new mattress delivered today and yup it is a good mattress. Crazy they offer delivery and old mattress removal for an extra $25 on top of your purchase, feels too cheap for a service like that. Mike told me that the mattresses are made in Canada and are made of organic cotton and gave me a few pretty simple care instructions to help make the mattress last as long as possible. Thanks Mike!

If you need a new mattress, I highly recommend going to Simmons! What an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately taken care of by Michael. We told him our needs and he was able to show us a few mattresses within our budget. He was super knowledgeable, humble and a great human to talk too! He explained the different type of mattresses and made sure to find one that was the perfect fit for my partner and I. The delivery process was seamless (and included in the price of the mattress). Definitely go here if you’re in the market for a new mattress!!

We were looking for both a mattress and bed base and loved this place. Friendly and very informative without the usual ‘sell, sell, sell’ nonsense. Susan was fantastic and helped us better understand what we probably needed once we explained our situation. These guys have been around forever and know their stuff, can’t recommend enough.

it's been just over a week from purchase and a few days since delivery so I cannot speak to other experiences but thus far I am quite pleased with the service provided and the product. It was refreshing to speak with Bob and Mike, they evidently know all there is to know about mattress developments over the years. ask about their restwell mattresses or anything fully pocket coil

Susan and Neil were superb. They spent hours educating us. We happily reserved two mattresses but because of personal reasons we decided not to proceed. No issues with the refund of our deposit at all. Of course Susan understandably regretted our decision but she was very gracious. Suffice it to say if we were in the market for a mattress we would definitely come to them and we will recommend our friends as well.

I’ve been searching for a few months to figure out what’s the best mattress and something reasonably priced so went to the usual stores but I would be told and quoted different things depending on which branch store I went to soooo when I finally went to Simmons, the sales person Michael was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on anything expensive. My budget was “ more for less” and that’s exactly what he showed me, great deals! Also, buying a Canadian made product definitely was a factor in buying the mattress. I wasn’t aware that Simmons is 100% Canadian made. The delivery was smooth, the service amazing and I’m so happy with the mattress! Sleeping on a cloud. Really comfortable!Thank you Simmons!!
