very poor service ! We waited on our food for an hour. they were somewhat busy but if you have the seating capacity you should have the cooking and serving capacity as well. My two toddlers were famished by the time the food arrived. There were 3 waitresses that were not super busy and yet we never got any drink refills etc. My husband's burger was charred right black and crunchy... hes had this happen before, and the kids meal was definitely not worth the $10.95 we paid. Otherwise the food is generally tasty and we do like the restaurant except for this service problem.

I wasn’t sure that a little motor inn, in a super rural spot would be good and this place blew me away!The staff are incredible! The food is unbelievably good. The room and amenities are updated and perfect for solo stays or for a family.Only drawbacks are: no elevator to the second floor rooms (need to schlep your bags up the stairs) and the bathroom doors are a tight swing past the toilet just inside - so, you’ll just have to be nimble.Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if I find myself in or around Hythe!

This spot is a gem! The staff are kind, the towels are nice and fluffy (great for sensitive skin), and the food is great. The lady at the front desk gave us a fair and honest price and there was a great spot in the back for our puppy to play fetch and stretch his legs. The kitchen saved me with a huge garden salad just before close. Thank you to all the staff here!

Happily surprised during our recent visit! Amazing customer service from the front desk staff, very helpful and welcoming. Nice, clean and updated room. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great value compared to the other hotels we considered in the area. We didn’t get to try the restaurant this time but look forward to on our next visit as it smelled delicious.

This restaurant had the best chicken sandwich I've ever had , the bin was out of this world I inhaled that, The server was absolutely amazing super friendly and extremely accommodating 100% will return and recommend

Pulling up the building was underwhelming, however everything changes when you step inside. Lobby was open and updated.Both ladies that helped us were amazing.The dining and bar is updated. The bar area is only open on weekends but we were able to peek inside (* it is beautiful in there).The restaurant has a large menu and we tried quite a few. My favorite was the crispy chicken sandwich on foccacia.This location is super pet friendly. We loved walking around the area with the puppers. Hands down would stay again!!Rooms are very nice with super comfy beds. Bathroom is on the tiny side but very clean.

Nice hotel, staff is super friendly, rooms are okay, carpet is smelly even though it’s clean, bathroom needed a little bit more cleaning. Wifi was not great.

1st-time to Hythe. Stopped in for supper, we were greeted upon entering the building and were greeted by the waitress as we sat down. She was very good at what she does, prompt, friendly, and efficient service. The food was very tasty, my husband had a steak and it was cooked just right. We would highly recommend stopping in for a meal if you're touring in the area!
