Highly recommend this medical clinic and my overall experience was very pleasant. Dr Neil Kumar is so nice and was patient with all my questions and queries. He is also very knowledgable on the IRCC system related to eMedical and answered very swiftly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to apply for PR, or any permits.Thank you Sir.

Very conveniently located with lots of parking just in front. Both Lifelabs and X-ray clinics nearby walking distances. Very well organized and I was provided with all necessary information and great hospitality. Doctor made me so comfortable and the whole process was very smooth. I did an upfront medical and IRCC had delays in linking my file. Doctor helped me to get my file identified and immediately sort out the issue for me as a nice helping gesture. 100% recommend everyone for this place.

My parents visited Dr. Neil Kumar for their IME. They had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Kumar was very efficient and the clinic was very prompt in forwarding the medical reports to IRCC. He guided my parents to their next clinic for their additional medical check-up. The website answers all your questions and is very swift at responding to email inquiries. I would highly recommend IME Burnaby for all your immigration medical needs and beyond.

It was a very convenient appointment at the medical office. There's a Lifelab and an X-ray center 20 minutes walk away. X-ray went fast, but you should book a Lifelab appointment ahead of time at some other location so you don't have to deal with busy hours.

This is the best IME clinic I have ever known! Fast, friendly and professional. The receptionist lady is nice and with smile, also gives clear instructions about what we are going to do next! Doctor is also full of patience, and finish all the checking procedures fast and accurate! Truly appreciate for their service. It was a fantastic experience.

I scheduled a medical exam for 12:30pm but they changed it to 12 pm. Then changed it again to 2 pm. I read the changes late because I work night time and asleep in the daytime. So I went to the clinic and they were closed!!!! It was raining. I was rushing to get to the appointment on time, I have work in 2 hours & still have to travel back and forth. So unprofessional on changing appointments twice. I don't recommend on going to this clinic. Just go somewhere else. It's called an appointment for a reason!!!!!!!!!
