Faster than the last time I went right into the establishment. Usually it seems drive thru is their main priority when getting orders out fast which is understandable but that don't mean you sacrifice the business that come in the doors and order right? All are important and it seems they strive for both services now. Good on the managers.....I think....well all staff too, there. HAGD to all

Fast and efficient service. Even made a special thunder buddy logo on my cup as a special request. Only did it once. I try to be fast as the lines can get long during peak hours.

They do not care about lobby guests. They focus exclusively on drive thru and ignore lobby customers. They always make you wait long times and it's only ever one person. Absolutely terrible place to go if you're on foot.Plus, they don't even have seating. Terrible Tim Hortons.

I went to drive through early in the morning and there was this guy named SARABJEET" I guess...who didn't answer first and then after waiting for some time he started taking orders but just because I changed my mind he started being rude and said "come after deciding " even though there was no line up or anything....."

Went through drive-thru last night at 10pm and I asked the employee for a chicken sandwich. He said no they don't have those at night - okay, whatever- the speaker box and his thick accent made it VERY hard to hear and understand him- so I asked if I could get a grilled cheese panini and he YELLED at me saying NO YOU CANT HAVE IT RIGHT NOW!" I was beyond embarrassed and my boyfriend wanted to leave so we drove off and didn't order anything. Terrible customer service."

I really have no complaints! The service was fast n friendly. The restaurant was clean & welcoming. And the food and drink was great. The order was correct (which often at many fast food restaurants can be an issue). I also do enjoy the updated menu to keep up with customers desires.
