Do not use these guys! they are not even on the same planet prices are 3 times of a new radiator vs having it rebuilt! No idea how they stay open! Avoid at all costs!

We had our rad replaced in March 2020, and Northland was great to deal with. However, earlier this week, I noticed our engine coolant reservoir was empty, but couldn't see any fluid underneath. Northland got me in right away, and called me to say that our warranty for the 2020 rad expired 14 days ago, but that they would go to bat with the part company and get back to me. Just got off the phone with Stacy, and he told me he had convinced the company to cover the rad, and that Northland would also honor the 2 years for their labor. Not at all what I was expecting, but totally appreciated. This is a great, honest local company and I will be singing your praises to anyone looking for this type of service! Thanks folks!

Inquiry was handled with respect and fairnessI am a young lady with a good understanding of mechanics. My car needed a new radiator and the staff here handled my inquiry with fairness and at no charge. I was reassured that my radiator was clogged up and needed replacing and that was all I needed to move forward with the maintenance myself. I considered paying for the work, but it's one of the simplest repairs to manage. I putted home trying to keep my motor temperature as low as possible, pulling over and turning the car off to cool off ensuring no damage was done by the 30 km drive. I found a replacement rad for a very fair price with honesty was comparable to the price northland was quoting me. So all in all I would trust Northland Radiator to work on my vehicle and be fair and true.

This is the place to take your Class A gas motorhome if you need repairs to the air conditioning. Got a new compressor, expansion tank, modulating valve and one new hose installed. The price was exactly what they estimated. I was able to leave it in their safe storage yard and they fit it in two weeks ahead of the agreed to completion date. Thanks to Garth and the crew my vacation can happen as planned.

First time trying out Northland about 2 months ago when I had over 2k worth of work done to my truck due to a coolant issue, radiator, thermostat housing and bunch of other things. They were quick efficient and fairly honest. After getting my truck back being told everything was good and checked over I noticed a coolant leak not long after, I opened up my hood only to find a stream of coolant shooting from my rad hose right beside the clamp and dripping in the same spot on the opposite end. I had it parked due to being at work and when I got home I was low on coolant so I decided to go back in to get it checked over because it really didn’t make sense, if they checked my truck over and replaced what needed to be replaced this shouldn’t have been happening. After knowing prior that the rad hose that was all good at the time was put back on the truck but the new clamps that were put on were heavily over tightened causing the hose to crack in multiple spots around the clamp. After coming to no resolution with the guy inside even after having him admit that it was over tightened, his only defence was that it was a poor hose? It was working perfectly fine before I brought my truck in? I had even removed it in the past and re attached it not over tourquing it. Why is it a “poor hose” all of a sudden after your crew has slipped up and wrecked it? For a rad shop you should be able to tell how tight your putting a clamp and if it was a “poor hose” then why didn’t you tell me to replace it when I fixed everything in the first place? For a company that’s been around forever your customer service is very poor, to just sit there and admit your shop wrecked it and you won’t do anything about it shows how little respect you have for your customers and that you don’t pay very much attention when servicing others vehicles because this is a pretty simple thing and it’s the last thing I expected from a shop that “specializes” in this type of work.

Organized professional, and highly skilled techs in the back, took in a little gmc canyon to get its ac recharged it came out blowing ice cold cost 220, got a small tour of the shop and they have the best equipment for doing air conditioning and radiators, they have the know how and equipment to repair small or massive industrial condensers and radiators that are made from copper and or brass whether its from new heavy machinery or a old case tractor rad that needed repaired. The staff are on the ball and friendly highly recommend northland for air conditioning and radiators I dare say they are the best

Very quick and friendly service was also referred to a body shop by one of the employees to get work done which was causing complications with replacing an AC condenser. they didn't charge me for the labor done initially when attempting to replace the condenser. Definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. They helped with building custom Air conditioning lines for a truck project.
