Excellent Food, great prices, and good customer service. I am amazed with the food quantity it's 2x as compared to other places. Taste is delicious. They don't charge extra for extra sauce or toppings :)

A new shawarma spot in North Oshawa and they are failing horribly based on our first visit - fair warning this review is going to be scathing and we plan to return to give them one more chance sometime in the distant future.If you enter a shawarma restaurant and they don't have their meat on a grilling spit (vertical rotisserie) stop, turn around and exit the build is my advice to you. Yes we did not follow our own advice but we were trying the restaurant for the first time so gave them the benefit of the doubt.The lettuce looked wilted and old, the sauces looked like they were sitting unused, and all the meat was either being pulled from a fridge or looked precut and then added to their grill. The service staff put so much tahini on the order we were wondering if we ordered tahini with a side of chicken instead of a chicken shawarma rice plate. The tahini and hummus were over flavoured with lemon and did not add any value to the meal.We are seeing a worrying trend these days of restaurants (possibly franchises) opening with a big bang and then falling flat on their face in the days shortly after. Franchisors who do not understand the food they are making/serving, have not been trained sufficiently and/or looking to turn a profit by serving lack luster and barely authentic food experiences.The one area the restaurant does shine in is their restaurant decor and seating area cleanliness but unfortunately that is not going to bring in future patrons. My advice - don't be chic, be authentic.Do better Heritage Shawarma.

The best shawarma place in Oshawa. I highly recommend the heritage bowl. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. The place is nicely decorated and best of all the staff is very friendly. I am coming here again for sure.

The taste was out of this world! Each dish was a work of art, bursting with unique and bold flavors that tantalized my taste buds. The quality of the ingredients used was evident in every bite, and the presentation of each dish was simply breathtaking.Overall, my experience was truly exceptional. The world-class ambience, top-notch service, and unforgettable flavors left me in awe. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure.

Got the Chicken Kafta Wednesday special and it wasn’t good. Way too much sauce, hummus and yogurt. Waste of money to be honest. There’s way better middle eastern spots. The server didn’t even ask me if I wanted all these sauces or not. Terrible service and food. Don’t waste your money here. Waste of $11

Ordered couple of times on Uber in last few days. Food is much better than Lazeez or Osmow’sPrice is similar to others. I read some reviews about small portions but I found it perfectly right sized.UPDATE … Tried the salad bowl today and it’s awesome. Perfect quantity and chicken on rice and salad tastes very good.Highly recommended!!!

I had chicken souvlaki on rice and wanted to get half rice and half salad, they offered at the same price. And it was the most tender chicken I ever had.
