I had a custom engagement ring designed with Premier Gems and I would highly recommend them! From start to finish Erin was easy to work with and worked with me to stay within my provided budget. I was given multiple options for the center stone and allowed to handle each before making a final decision. Most of the process was done through email and Erin was always quick to reply whenever I had a question or concern. She also kept me up to date throughout the entire process with photos of sketches, renderings and models. The final product was perfect and my fiance simply loves it! I would definitely recommend Jeff and Erin at Premier Gems if you're looking for some custom work!

I Would be hard pressed to articulate all of my feelings into a review for Premier Gems. All I can say is you can be very confident in a decision to go ahead with a jewelry creation with this team they have here.Myself, I personally knew nothing about how rings or gems or anything like that are created or how the process would go. I was having a engagement ring created with some Jewelry that was very important to our family. Jeff helped me really understand the stones we would be working with. Going off of pictures and a few vague ideas I had for a ring Liz and team had some beautiful 3D renderings for me that really helped me visualize what we we're working towards. They bought some of the material that we weren't going to use and deducted it from the final ring cost which was awesome! Just a few quick meetings, some emails back and forth and we had a 3D model created that really helped seal the deal and made me feel confident in going forward with the ring. I had the ring for sometime before I popped the question and unfortunately the ring did not fit! Erin helped us get it re-sized right away so we could enjoy the ring ASAP.The ring is stunning, it's personal, my Fiance loves it. Couldn't be happier!Thank you Premier Gems!

I had an incredible experience working with Premier Gems! The staff are very personable and worked extremely hard to ensure that we created the perfect ring together. They were very patient with me and got the job done on time for the engagement date. I don't know any other company that would put in as much effort and creativity into building a custom ring the way that I pictured it.They asked my price range at the very beginning and made sure that the final product fit with my range, this was important and very appreciated, no surprises.

We loved our experience with Premier Gems and we love our rings.We were really struck by how passionate and creative the entire team was on our project. We wanted to have custom rings that matched, but weren’t identical, and were interesting in finding gems other than diamonds.We came in with some rough ideas of what we wanted, and Erin and Liz were able to design unique rings that shared some style, but fit both our personalities. Their 3D prototyping process helped us see how our rings were going to look.Jeff provided deep expertise when it came to helping us decide what stones we wanted. He was also very excited to develop an unusual cut to help make one of our rings really special.Unquestionably, we will be back to Premier Gems over the years. They were professional, passionate, creative and kind. We truly enjoyed working with them.(PS It’s taken us a long while to post this review, but that’s just the result of our lives getting crazy and no comment on Premier Gems at all. We can say having worn our rings together for over a year now they’re both fantastic.)

A friend recommended using Premier Gems when I was looking to buy an engagement ring. Their design process was extremely helpful in that we could go over all the small details and decide on the look and specs of the ring prior to any production. I was a little hesitant at what the cost would be as the ring is custom made, but the staff worked with me to keep the ring within my budget which we discussed at our first meeting. Once a design was finalized, they developed a wax 3D print-out of the ring for me to review and confirm. The staff also went above and beyond in helping me keep my timeline for the engagement date. All in all, I had a great experience with Premier Gems and would recommend them to friends and family. We will definitely be going back when the time comes to develop of wedding bands.

I had Premier Gems recommended to me by a friend who also used their services, and was very impressed with everything they offered. I was nervous to design a custom engagement ring, and they presented me with plenty of renders and answered every question I had. My fiancé is thrilled with the ring and so am I, and they came in within the budget we set. My diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring set that was originally my grandmothers, and I wanted to have one put back in.From the very beginning of my getting in contact about some information, the team was amazing in providing information and arranging a quick consultation.The consult was informative and helped me make the best decision for my needs.When I picked up my ring just a few weeks later, I was over the moon about the quality of workmanship. Erin and Jeff did an excellent job of helping me find a unique men's wedding band. This included working through several expertly designed custom bands, and helping me track down some amazing designs that I couldn't find anywhere else in the city.I highly recommend them to anyone looking too add some tasteful artistry to their collection.

Last year, I ordered a semi-mount ring abroad and I had a rainbow andesine labradorite (feldspar) stone in Calgary. I went to S.S. Goldsmithing on Center Street to set the stone into the ring. The jeweler set it in and rubbed the prongs over the stone with a silicone bit filing machine. At the end the stone was all scratched and the facets were ruined - they were looking matt like if you try to polish the stone with a sandpaper. That S.S. Goldsmithing jeweler could not help me anyhow to fix the issue. I had to look myself for a lapidary services in Calgary who could re-instate the stone’s facets and make them transparent again.At Calgary gem show I was given a contact of Premier Gems and I came to Jeff and explained the issue. Jeff looked at the ring and agreed to work on the stone. He did a great job at the end by taking the stone out of the ring’s setting and re-polish the facets. The stone looked beautiful, with all facets shiny, bright, and transparent. No loss on the carat weight occurred, just re-polishing. The stone was re-set into the ring, and it was like new again.I am very happy that I found a true professional in gem health and jewelry in Calgary. Jeff is great. I highly recommend Premier Gems!

Working with the staff at Premier Gems was great. They worked around my schedule especially since sneaking around trying to design the ring was difficult. Had plenty of conversations with them via email and they had several samples for me to view during our first meetings.They had great input and suggestions for the design. I would definitely recommended them to others looking for the perfect ring or custom jewelry. They were very welcoming and weren't pushy about anything.
