Imagine there is a $20 an annual inactive fee if not active for 2 years. Better take my saving account and put it in another bank. What a poor services they have . Instead of acquiring more client , they will shy away because of their rules.

I can’t recommend this bank. It’s a disaster. Looks like they don’t care about clients, and doing everything to loose them. Because of worker which managed to help us, we lost like 2 weeks of our life…..my congratulations.

Very slow service. All of them are new every time we go here. Almost all of the teller doesn’t now what they are doing. The reason they are giving us is they were only been there for weeks because all of them are new employees.

Good day. I encountered an unpleasant situation with the bank. I am a newcomer from Ukraine. I purchased a phone number on March 16th and also opened an account at TD Bank on the same day. On March 25th, I received a money transfer to my account through the phone number. I received a message informing me that the money had been transferred, but there were no links provided to choose which bank to credit the funds to. A week passed, but the money did not appear in my account. After two months of investigation, it turned out that the funds were mistakenly deposited into another person's account at RBC Bank using my phone number as an auto-deposit. I went to that bank, and our conversation lasted for about an hour, during which they repeated the same phrase, 'The bank is not at fault.' I provided the bank with the transfer details and even the name and email of the customer who received my funds, but the bank once again claimed that they were not responsible and refused to contact their customer regarding my mistakenly deposited funds. After lengthy disputes and discussions with a manager, they finally agreed to reach out to the customer, saying, 'We will send them a message, and if they respond, we will inform you.' The key word here is 'if.' So, it appears that someone else's money ended up in my account, and despite having all the relevant information and evidence, the bank does not seem to care. When they want money, they roll out the red carpet, but when there's a problem, they wash their hands of it. My advice to you is, if you purchase a phone number, make sure to contact all the banks and inform them that it is your number; otherwise, you will end up running around and banging your head against indifference.

Rose at Sargent branch in Winnipeg said that e-transfers are held for 24 hours and cannot be withdrawn at a tellerIve done it before and nobody ever refused or told me thisThen she says it's because e-transfers can be cancelled within 24 hours.This is also FALSE your very own webpage says that once accepted by Autodeposit or the secret question it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.Service is getting worse and worse. Spent 15 minutes being lectured by someone who doesn't know their jobGod I can't wait for my new ID to arrive so I can leave your company. Ths is horrible and caused undue stress
