Went in expecting to have my charging port on my phone replaced. Seema took one look and and said all it needed was a clean! Saved me money and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Their prices on refurbished iphone are also much cheaper than I could find at similar stores. 5/5 would recommend.

The charging port was not working on my device. An error message was informing me that the device had a foreign object or water in it and could not charge.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They cleaned the port at no charge.

Something really silly happened to my LG G7 ThinQ phone.A bit of chocolate, warmed by my body heat, got into the charging port on my phone, hardened, and made the port inoporable. I couldn 't charge my phone, or dowload pictures!Fortunately a lovely young lady on the CPR staff was able to clean the port in jig time and make my phone fully operable again.A great place for cell phone repairs and accessories.Thank you so much CPR Brantford.

I do not write reviews for any services - unless they dissappoint, but the CPR Cell Phone Repair in Brantford has changed this. I walked in for a cell phone charging issue, and they were beyond expectation. They could have done and said many things to get my money for a repair, but the young woman went to the back area of the store, came out 5 minutes later with my phone and said it was done. AND NO CHARGE! I do not recall many times when this is done these days, but I will go back to CPR with any issues I have because they have gained what is difficult for most people to have in work these days - TRUST and CONFIDENCE. Thank you for giving me back my phone in a timely manner, while also giving me somewhere to go where I can trust the repair will be done right.

I went in there today with my I phone XR I couldn’t hear out of the ear piece. They tested it cleaned at no charge and it worked. Good people over there very honest
