Wonderful team always smiling and listening . They don't have the arrogant attitude of the GP and the nurses and we were amazed by their knowledge it is better than some risdents we have seen in the jewish hospital . We don't find any problem in speaking English .

The staff in general is amazing. All the midwives I met with we're very knowledgeable and attentive EXCEPT for the one I delivered with. She basically left me and my husband all alone, without assistance. She would go to sleep in the office while I was struggling to cope with the pain. She would come every two hours to check the vitals and she would leave again. It was horrible. Words can't explain how bad my birth experience was. Even though the rest of the staff seem to be good, I probably wouldn't go back.

I do not recommend birthing here. I have personally found them to be very unprofessional and at times, rude. They put on a good front but do not handle it well, when a woman tells them NO" or when she must reschedule an appointment. I had a woman from the reception try to interrogate me as to why I couldn't make the appointment. What I do outside of the birthing center is none of anyone's business

I can't imagine not having the truly loving care I am getting there. They give great, down-to-earth advice and take the time to listen to my worries, concerns and sometimes embarrassing questions (they've seen and heard it all though, I haven't shocked them so far). I wish there were more places like this so that more women could have this kind of care during this important phase in life!

They asked me if I wanted service in English or French. I said English. They then proceeded to send me to an info session in French. I was not the only English person - why not have 2 info sessions instead of just 1? Tottaly offended, will go to the hospital instead.

I was fortunate enough to be able to be cared for the entirety of my pregnancy by the wonderful midwives at the Maison de Naissance CDN. Every one I encountered throughout my care was well versed, friendly, accommodating, and supportive. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

my first birth was at a hospital and went alright so i decided to try a birth centre for my second and it went amazing. the midwives are wonderful and all the support staff as well. i truly loved my experience and was able to give birth in a bath which went super well... i highly recommend !
