Mission Thrift Store

1st time visit, Quite impressed, Picked up a couple nice little treasures.

Few days ago I was in Lethbridge and I wanted to get something from Costco when I saw this place on my way. I really liked how clean and organized the place is. The staff are friendly and kindly showed me what I was looking for. The arrangement and presentation are so neat that sometimes I don't see something like that in even good major stores. The prices are not the cheapest but most goods are in semi new condition. I'll stop there when I'm back in Lethbridge for sure!

good selection , but prices are a little bit higher than I thought it was worth

It has huge collections of wide variety of products. Prices are bit higher. Other than that Staffs are wonderful. We got some good and nice design bedroom furniture.

Stopped in today. You still get your products donated right?? The prices are wayyyy too high. Walked out even though I found a couple things I liked.

Shopping second hand has become unbelievable. I have always loved getting a good deal, but it’s not possible anymore I guess! I bought something for myself, I thought should fit, I would have tried it on before leaving the store, but I came home it didn’t fit, returned it, my daughter wanted a few items, we wished we she could have tried them on, came home they didn’t fit, came back for the third time, looked for something, the selection is very small because of the size we needed, paid 30 for one and 14 for the other for used shirts she couldn’t try on. Wow! I guess we will be shopping at new stores for clearance items from now on at least you can try it on! This second hand store is getting very over priced for used, donated clothing.

It's a good store, the prices are definitely creeping higher and higher, the furniture and home goods, along with the clothes. Not a huge selection for linens or kids clothes. Sometimes I find things that are great for the kids, but $15 for a kids jacket that needs repairs is disheartening. The prices are almost on par with VV lately.

Decent selection, some items are very expensive (few hundred bucks), but they do have good deals. My main gripe is whatever they put on the clothes to make them smell nice doesn't wash out easily which is a big problem for sensitive skin. We bought clothes from the baby, women's and men's sections and it all smells the same which is why I think it's the store and not whoever donated it, currently on wash cycle number three and it's still super fragrant.
