I sent an email for a quote, the guy showed up looked very professional gave me the quote for what I was looking for no prob but he mentioned that I should give my business to a local carpet cleaner because I'm in Carleton Place. It seems that I live at the end of the world. He asked me why I was choosing them instead of a local one and I said that I read the reviews I usually go with reviews and what people said. I was surprised of him pushing me to one of their competitor. I sent another email to book for an appointment and again the owner said the same thing.Thanks letting Jeff give you a quote. Now

I realized that you would likely be higher priced than the guy that telemarketed me the week before and gave me a really low price as well as his bogus phone number. He got an F from BBB. Well, you certainly met our expectations! Your men both went about their duties in a professional manner, with attention to detail. They were neat and courteous and on time. Ideal Carpet Cleaning
I can't remember how long Ideal has been cleaning my carpets but it goes back to when Bruce owned the company. His standards were so high and he always achieved them. Yesterday was another example of high standards being met. The attention to detail by the crew and the thoroughness of the cleaning was wonderful. My carpets are not new but they sure do look new. Bruce would be proud and it's good to see his legacy being carried on. Thanks to Devon, Eli and Brian.

We have two older rugs that really, really needed cleaning..it had been many years of traffic and dirt. They arrived on time,gave an estimate and answered our questions . We agreed to the price and they left with the rugs. They gave a confirmed date of return the following week. They returned on the date as promised and rugs look excellent almost new condition with no chemical smell. Easy payment process. We will use them again.

Nick the manager and his crew are extremely efficient and professional. During the holidays our carpets became stained after a moving company accidentally tracked grease through every room in our home. To make matters worse, the home was sold and the new owners were taking possession that same evening. Thank you Nick and crew for taking care of our carpet emergency in such a timely manner. Before taking on my current role, I wanted to try Ideal's service. My wife had been angling to replace our carpets. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned professionally in a long time. The technicians from Ideal Carpet Cleaning did a meticulous cleaning and the carpets looked great. I showed before photos and after results to a friend who's a professional house cleaner and she couldn't believe it - she said she would have thought the carpets would have had to have been replaced.Full disclosure: I'm now the Marketing and Partnerships Manager for this company.
