Just a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle from Don Valley North Lexus. I ended up taking delivery earlier than predicted which was really exciting. After a horrible experience with Vaughan Lexus I went to Don Valley North Lexus to put a deposit down on the 2022 NX350H as they are a very well known dealership and came highly recommended. After a discussion with Wayne (my sales associate), I put a deposit down on the 2023 model. The car came within 4 months of putting a deposit down where Vaughan made me wait almost 6 months.Everything about Don Valley North Lexus is true. Great service, clean dealership, fantastic staff.Shout out to Wayne. He is extremely patient, sincere, eager to help where and when he can and very reasonable. He helped me from start to finish. He is a good sales associate, highly recommended!My only gripe is the location of the dealership. Very convenient to get to since its right by the 404, but its right on Steeles Ave and because Steeles is so busy, sometimes it is very hard to turn into or get out of the dealership.

The whole experience was amazing. De-Andra was superior in her knowledge of the car and also the way she went about the whole experience. She made it so easy to purchase this car, and the whole team was stellar! I highly recommend this dealership and the whole Weins team. Keep up the great work!

It happened for no reason during driving. I tried to avoid any accidents and took my Lexus NX300, 2020 to this dealership, which I got my car there in 2020. I claimed that it is manufacture defect as nothing hit the glass during driving, and it should be under warranty, but they insisted that something hit the glass (even though the direction of shattering is from inside to outside). They kept my car 2 days to contact Lexus company and see if they can resolve the issue under warranty. Nothing changed, they told me to use my insurance. It could happen to anyone and the most I'm unhappy with is the way they treat me, the last photo is when I picked up my car from the dealership. You can see glass is everywhere, they didn't even bother to clean the glass that may cause injuries. One of my worst experiences in Canada, that I wish never happen to anyone.

I recently purchased a blue 2017 Lexus NX200t and Moustafa from the Don Valley sales team was a pleasure to deal with. We contacted him about the type of car we were looking for and within 2 weeks he called us back telling us they received a car we may be interested in. The car was in pristine condition, he was able to give us an excellent deal, and he gave us a seamless and hassle free purchase experience. When we went to pick up the car, it looked even better than the pictures, and Moustafa had all the paper work ready to go. What a great experience with Oliver Lo and Vivian Fu on purchasing my new vehicle. From start to finish they worked with me and I had a great experience. From the test drive, to letting me check the vehicle even putting it on a hoist for me to look under the vehicle before purchasing. Were flexible in fair negotiations and updated me on the issues I wanted fix whenever it was done. Oliver was very attentive and wrote down everything we discussed so there would be no surprises on pick up day. We both had copies of the services promised and that goes a long way as a customer to know he does what he promises.The minus 1 star is for the detailer as the clean up job was sub satisfactory. The dark chrome grill wasn't polished showing rainbow smudges, the headliner was dirty with noticeable marks on the it (white residue and tobacco smell) even tho the ozone machine was used, the back seat had sunscreen marks, windshield was dirty on top and the sides. Inside the door panels had dirt scuffs. The black mirrors and window trims weren't polished as well showing swirls. Exterior was good, engine bay, wheels and tires. Overall I might be nit picking, but I just expected a luxury experience considering the amount we pay. I'm not expecting a full detail, but those small things should be cleaned upon pickup.

I just purchased an IS 300 and I can't get happier then this. Marco and his team met my every request and made the entire purchase process so simple and easy.
