Never book appointments with this clinic!!! The receptionist is the most rude person I have ever seen in my life!!! Been waiting here more than one hour after the time of appointment, asked her how long and was told in a sharp and inpatient tone “one more patient ahead you, if you can’t wait you can reschedule appointment “. Not even an explanation or apology which made me feel so bad for my day. What a disaster to deal with this kind of person on earth. BTW, she’s been rude to everybody!!!

Can't speak highly enough of this clinic. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the rooms are clean, quiet and quite comfortable. Although this is my first and only sleep test to date, I can't imagine how to possibly improve on the experience I had here.

The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. She interrupted me multiple times and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence before impatiently telling me to go seek help elsewhere.

This place is located at the basement of a medical building. The rooms are quite nice and clean as it has a hotel feel to it. The washrooms are located outside the sleep clinic (just imagine a regular office bathroom), so bring your own bath towels to wash your face. There's wifi so you can bring a laptop to do a bit of work before you sleep (no desk inside the room). Other than that, staff were very friendly and made you feel at ease with the whole process. They wake you up around 6:00-6:30am, so you can go back home early in the morning.

I've had two sleep studies here and they were honestly fine, though the rooms are a bit on the depressing side. Had a follow-up appointment at the end of November 2022 where I waited over an hour in the waiting room only to have a 5-minute appointment where the doctor told me I don't have sleep apnea, which was never my concern to begin with. But the reason I'm giving this place one star now is that I've been trying to call them to schedule another follow-up (as my condition has worsened) for a week and have received no call back. Have left three voicemails on different days, and nothing. Never had this problem in the past, they always either picked up or called back same day. A week of no response whatsoever is unacceptable.

I went for a sleep study and felt that the staff and location did a good job (even though I couldn't really sleep, but that is what happens with a lot of cables hooked up). The technician that helped me explained the process very clearly. She answered all of my questions and was also very careful during the setup. The rooms are kept very clean and the beds are decently comfortable.

I had a very good experience with this clinic. Ira was the technician who took care of me, but even the other technicians were so friendly. The room was so clean and overall, I do recommend their clinic to those who want to have a sleeping test.

In 2017, I've been to this clinic for two overnight studies and for two appointments during the day (with at least one more to come). The staff are helpful, polite, and friendly and the nighttime staff even more so. My doctor is also helpful. There is a single shower for those which may be going to work immediately after the sleep study. (The sensors require a conductive paste which comes off easily with warm water). The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. It's a short walk from the 53 Steeles East bus stop at Woodbine.

My Doctor referred me to WS sleep clinic for a sleep study here. Upon arrival you need to call a technician to come get you at the door, you then meet someone at the reception desk and they ask you to read some guide lines + ask you some questions for your profile. You are then brought to your sleep room where you can get your clothes to change or tooth brush. Technicians were helpful in guiding you on the process. Takes about 30-40 mins for them to add all the wires to your scalp, face, chest, legs. The room is small and pumped with oxygen, it can take some time for you to sleep but you are allowed to go on your phones. I would say the experience is okay and would i go again? Maybe not.

Pros: Clinic has a convenient location - very close to Highway 404. Plenty of free parking. Beds are comfortable and technicians are friendly. They are efficient at booking you in for the consultation, sleep test and follow up appointments. The initial consultation with Dr. Lowe was fantastic. He's very patient and listens to your concerns. You don't feel rushed and he was very detailed.Cons: I called the clinic during regular office hours to change one of my appointment times. Went to voicemail, which indicated they would get back to me in 24 hours. Six days later, I had completely forgotten they didn't return my call. The day of the sleep study, I heard a patient complain to the technician she called the clinic and left a voice mail but never heard back either.Night of the sleep study, I had the worst sleep of my life there. Being hooked up to all the wires, tubes in my nose and finger sensor led to it being very uncomfortable. Was worried the slightest movement would detach any wires. No problem! The technician will wake you up in the middle of the night to reattach you. Finger sensor was clamped on so tight that my index finger was tender and slightly swollen the next day. Bed faces the common area that is brightly lit. The clinic should consider dimming those lights overnight because the the rest of the office area was dark. There's absolutely no sound proofing so you can hear doors slamming, people talking and snoring. Bring ear plugs. The room was too warm, woke up sweating more than once. After being hooked up to everything, it was 9:45pm (I arrived at 9:00pm as instructed). Technician asked me if I was sleeping as it's lights out at midnight latest. If you have a family member or friend who is willing to drive you home at 6am, go for it. Since I barely slept and drove myself to the clinic, I unfortunately had to drive home with maybe 2-3 hours of very broken sleep. Would have slept in the car first before attempting to drive, but it was -15 outside. Went home absolutely miserable and annoyed. If you need to work the next day or have important things to do, I highly recommend you delay that to the day after, in case you don't get good sleep.
