Bounce it! Is an amazing company. We rented a bouncy castle for our daughters 4th birthday. This is the best deal you will find in the City. And it includes a full day of fun from 9am - 7pm and they fully setup/take down and sanitize everything. Even with the weather being sub par, our kids played all day and slept like logs all night. We will most definitely be using Bounce it! For all our future party’s, maybe even for the adults.

Jen was a pleasure to deal with! She made the rentals for my sons birthday super easy and I really appreciate her competitive pricing. Service for pick up and drop off was impeccable. Would for sure use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Bounce it! is the best place to rent a bounce house in the city. We have been renting the Jungle Gym or Kings Castle every May long weekend for 6 years now and it never disappoints. The kids have so much fun!!! Jen makes it so easy - with a couple of texts everything is good to go. Delivery is on time, they work with your schedule and the price can't be beat. Its the best deal you can find!

Rented a bounce obstacle course for my son for the weekend and he and his cousin had a blast!! The booking process was super easy and the owner gave great customer service. I will definitely be renting from them again!

I’ve rented the bouncy house for a few years for my daughters birthdays. They always deliver and set up on time so very happy with that service for the bouncy castle. So we booked a face painter also this year thru bounce it because I was so happy with her service for the castle. I usually book face painters every year thru other companies and have always had a great experience.So the face painter Amber arrives she was late which okay that’s fine . She walks in doesn’t say hi to me, any parents or kids. Just says with a sour look “ where should I set up?” She stood there glaring and staring at everyone, never saw one smile. Amber did not once engage with the kids either all she did was say pick from this list of what they wanted. She did not give a heads up for saying okay kids last call etc then she started packing her stuff up and a little boy wanted his face done and was upset so I asked if she could do his face as it was not 1 hour as yet we still had a few minutes . Amber replied” I arrive at 1:18 and I already packed up” I said actually you arrived at 1:25. Do you mind just doing this one boy as he was upset. Amber replied “no I’m already packed up” I said okay I’ll msg your boss . Then I come back in and she walked out. Every single parent was shocked , she was cold, never smiled or even talked or joked with the children. Also she did not get the theme we did a Encanto theme with pastel colours and she painted the kids faces a neon colours lol. I hire vendors every year and I’ve never met someone like her I would think if you work with children you would try to be more outgoing and maybe smile or engage the kids. I would rent the bouncy castle but never hire the face painter again.
