Racy Nuth is great at his job, can’t recommend enough.

Had some recent issues with my condo AC and decided to give Nuthermal a try. Booking online was simple and easy.A mechanic named Racy arrived on time, was super thorough and explained everything. He provided some preventive maintenance advice on how to avoid some potentially big issues in the future. He was careful and even cleaned up after the fixes. Which is a huge positive.Would highly recommend Racy - no surprises, super helpful and honest, this is hard to find.

I contacted Racy to repair my HVAC as the heat was not working. He was extremely flexible with scheduling and even offered to come on the same day. Working with Racy was an absolute pleasure. He was right on time, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He came prepared to make the repair and took the time to show me what was not working and what repair he was going to make. After the repair he even taught me other tips and tricks if I run into problems in the future. Thank you very much Racy! I would highly recommend hiring Nuthermal.

These guys are great, we were able to schedule an appointment the day after calling. A technician named Racy came to service our condo’s HVAC unit. He carried a positive attitude, seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend choosing this company.

Racy is friendly, professional and thorough when we had an issue with our HVAC system. He booked us in quickly and was ontime. He took the time to explain to us what was happening and what the issue was and answer any additonal questions we had. I would highly recommend him and his company and would definitely be using him again in the future should we have any future HVAC issues.

We've used Nuthermal a few times over the years and we've always been super happy with the quality of work and great service. We had an issue with our A/C (it wasn't cooling enough) and Racy arrived the day we called and was able to determine the source of the issue immediately. He did a few checks and diagnostics and was able to solve the problem in one visit!We also had Racy install a humidifier for our furnace. We didn't have to do anything. He procured the unit and all the parts and came on the day he specified. He was done on the same day and we haven't had any problems at all. He also cleaned up the space after he was done which is great. Shortly after we had to replace our furnace and Enercare came to do the installation. One of the service guys commented on how well the humidifider was installed and the quality work that was done. Definitely a great compliment :)We wouldn't hesitate to use them again because we can be confident that the service and quality of work will always be done well! Thank you so much!

It's no surprise to me that all reviews for Nuthermal are 5 stars. Racy is very professional, very kind, very willing to help, very punctual and was very willing (and able) to solve the problems I had with my HVAC unit.Racy was available the same day that I called and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues that I had. His repair work, advice and fast turnaround saved me from purchasing a new HVAC unit. This is especially true in view of other service providers I contacted who were unable to fix my issue and instead recommended replacing my unit. Nuthermal's rates are more than fair given the service I received.I cannot praise Racy and Nuthermal enough for their timely and effective work. I would definitely recommend Nuthermal to my friends, family and anyone else reading this review. Thank you Racy for fixing my air conditioner so quickly in the middle of a heatwave.

I hired Racy for an emergency job when my furnace wouldn’t start. Racy provides impeccable service and responds in a timely manner. He was punctual and polite and answered all the questions we had.He examined my furnace and proceeded to fix it while explaining what the issues and the reasons why. He took the time and care to clean up after and provided tips for maintenance which helped us save money in the long run.I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to anyone as he’s clearly is an expertise in his field who goes above and beyond.
