Very rude behavior of the staff at this location. They stopped me from using the washroom because they cleaned it and he asked me to stop going inside .This is really not nice to stop when the customer has come to eat food after a long working day .Subway should take action on such things and educate the employees to behave as per the need of business without hurting the customer sentiments.I will never come back to this place only because of the boy who was dealing with us ,he was rude and he can't give reason not to use the bathroom only because it's cleaned .They should close if they can't give the service to use the washroom.I want to give zero star but can't .We left the place without ordering I felt embarrassed. Anyways,this happened to us around 9 P.M Feb 7.

I went today for sone one. Such a poor experience. There was India turban guy with name badge of Akashdeepnoor or something similar. The way he reacted with my order and customer next to me was unexpected at all. He throw the bread on table like we as customer will not pay for the order.Such a bad experience and extremely poor customer service.0 star.

Staff is friendly but they are not putting vegetables in enough quantity because what quantity they add in sub per footlongWe order 3 foot long the veggies they add per footlongChess enough for extra3 pics of tomato4 pics of cucumber/pickles8 olives4-5 JalapeñoSome lattesSauce just one string.But with same place i had really good sandwiches.I guess they can do better.

Sign on the door said it closes at 10pm, we got there at 9:45pm which I understand is close to closing time but stuff happens. The girl working came over to us and said they’re closed. We said there’s still 15 minutes left and she said “there’s only 5 minutes left” and proceeded to shut and lock the door on us. There wasn’t only 5 minutes left, there was 15, but even if there was only 5 minutes shouldn’t that mean I can still be served? If you close at 9:45, it should be on your sign. Another customer also tried to go right after us and the same thing happened to them.

Amazing experience. Best subway in waterloo. The person who made my sub made sure it’s packed extremely well. It also tasted amazing. I took a green goddess rotisserie sub. Also, I used a coupon from the app and order pickup so a footlong costed me only $8.49+taxes.

The management has changed in this location. There were 2 employees. South Asian who did not have any customer service skills. The girl who told was the manager" was not energetic. No hello or greeting- nothing. She continued making a new sub instead of taking our order. So we waited and the other male employee came. Again no greeting nothing. Said what I want and my husband was there and he wanted a sub too. The employee didn't care to ask if my husband wanted to order he turned to the cashier register's side and started talking with the "manager" my husband called many times! He did not turn for once eventually my husband gave up and he didn't order. I should have also walked away instead of continuing with my order. The management has to hire people who wants to works and who has basic customer service skills. Very disappointing."
