Mark is super knowledgeable and delivers prompt service. I am not very familiar with my string types, so Mark took the time to get to know my play style before suggesting some string types that would work for me. He did a great job stringing my racquet and I will be coming back for sure!

Mark was great! Quick service quick response. Punctual. Good knowledge on string choice. Glad I dont have to travel to Vancouver. I can get it done here in Coquitlam. Reasonable price! He cleaned and plastic wrapped the racket. Good service. Will come back again.

Amazing job done by Mark, very knowledgeable, get to know your play style, your preference what you want for string and update your racquet with correct string, correct tension and correct grip. I ordered a string service and came to pick up my racquet the next day. But the person wasn’t there. Then with numerous apologies, he hand-delivered my racquet to my house with $20 coupon.
