Lucinda is wonderful! She knows what she is talking about and helped us communicate effectively with our rescue dog when we were ready to give up. She was able to quickly identify what we needed to do to help our dog and help us understand what he was telling us.We have had 2 sessions with her on Zoom and is has changed our life with our dog completely. I cannot recommend her enough.

Online training with Lucinda offers benefits to owners who are willing to put in the work. Beyond real-time videoconferencing classes, Lucinda provides invaluable detailed written information via email communication and targeted tipsheets about certain behaviours. I speak from personal experience.My puppy Mini was acquired during the pandemic, long past her sensitive socialization period. With repeated stay-home orders, the only training that I have been able to rely on are Lucinda's tipsheets which have proven their worth repeatedly. Took my puppy here for training. Very pleased with the ease of getting him in for classes and how they offer training. Scott was the class trainer and he was excellent.

My partner and I signed up for our first private dog training with Lucinda and learned so much! Right from the dog greeting, Lucinda gave us some tips to help calm down my 2 year old Westipoo and her anxiety. Inside the house, the training continued. Lucinda is very knowledgeable and passionate about her field. After the session, Lucinda sent us a report with recommendations to follow through with. We can see improvement in our dog, Zoe. Can't say anything but good things about canine campus training! Michelle enjoyed her intro to agility and can't wait to continue to stage 2. Lucinda is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially when working with my one eyed dog. She always has great tips on how to better train through her dog behaviour knowledge. Highly recommend!

We have attended two courses for our dog with Canine Campus: Manners I and Manners II. Kathy and Lucinda are great teachers, they explain everything clearly and are very patient (with you and your dog!) and give plenty of encouragement (which you need when it feels like your dog is still having off-days!). The curriculum is also well thought out and starts from basics all the way to doing off-leash agility work by the end of Manners II. They also provide weekly homework and test" you in the following lesson

I have nothing but good things to say about Kim and her team. They always take the time to tell me how my dog's day was and who she played with. Kim, especially, is so attentive and will answer any questions I have, which has been so helpful to us as first time dog owners.

Puppy kindergarten here was great! Classes were structured with time for socialization. Our trainer Lexy was also very kind and gave us very useful tips.

Great place to socialize your puppy. Training was structured and focused on everyday essentials. We are second time dog owners and still learnt so much more.

Update: Lucinda has continued on to train my new puppy and I am eternally grateful for that. I love that there is 15 minutes of play for puppies prior to class. The reason why there are 15 minute of play in a puppy class prior to a lesson is because a puppy needs to learn how to socialize. This is clearly explained on both her emails and during class.Lucinda is also extremely responsible and will keep a close eye on all the dogs during class. She offers very useful insight and encourages positive reinforcement. I would definitely go back to Lucinda for any training required for any of my current and future dogs.—Lucinda is an absolutely stellar instructor. She really does strive for excellence in providing the skills for you to really be successful with your dog. I've seen some very hyperactive, initially untrained dogs in my class who have improved leaps and bounds, including my own. It is highly recommended that you take at least 2 courses with her and to incorporate what you learn in daily life. Lucinda also has an MSc in Animal Behaviour, which is a key factor for me referring her to my friends and family. Not only does she know her stuff through experience, she knows her stuff through higher education, which is extremely important to me.
