Dr Clean Air scheduled us very fast, performed an excellent evaluation, and repaired a significant duct damage that we were completely unaware of. He was competent, took images of the blocked dryer vent and the damaged ducting, and completed the repair fast. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr Clean Air!

Technicians were very polite and professional and seemed knowledgeable. They also have a very affordable plan including four check ups on AC/gas heating units covering two years of routine maintenance. They helped me to identify an issue with my unit and while I fixed the issue myself, I wouldn't have known what to look for without employing their services. A company I would recommend to any existing or prospective homeowners in the growing Otwa,Canada area.

Dr Clean Air is trustworthy and a professional. The fee is reasonable. He advised us to postpone cleaning the ducts for another year because they are still tidy and in good shape. We kept a couple of hundred dollars aside for the optional work. He cleaned the dust-filled dryer duct in our home. I'll most certainly hire him again to clean our ducts.

Our call seeking repair to our Dr Clean Air was received promptly and an appointment was scheduled to take place within a few hours. The technician was running ahead of schedule and gave us ample heads up to an earlier arrival time. Once on site they were incredibly polite and quick to diagnose the problem as a fried circuit board. They had a replacement installed in no time. I would highly recommend Dr Clean Air Heat and Air and use them again for any of their service offerings.

We heartily endorse Dr Clean Air. We bought a house built in many years without ducting or a central air conditioner. They made a low-profile ductwork that has room for our new solar panels out of aesthetic considerations. We discovered a problem with the AC unit after the work was finished, but it wasn't their fault. Nevertheless, they were very responsive and fought hard on our behalf to get the problem fixed with the manufacturer. We gave them a ten-year contract to maintain our entire system.
