She showed us what we thought we wanted and then showed us homes on either side of our requests, which resulted in us purchasing something different from what we thought we wanted, but it is a great fit for us.She actively searched for us, but never was intrusive or pushy. Giving us time and the opportunity to repeatedly view homes and make an educated decision. Helping us to see how we could make the place our home. She provided contacts in the trades who were pleasant, affordable and trust worthy.I would highly recommend her, in fact my daughter called upon her when she was looking for a new home. I first met Shannon when she was a newer Realtor. Being a Realtor myself, I asked the assistance of my team to find me a good realtor in Prince George (as my previous realtor had relocated). Shannon was on top of her market, willing to listen to the old pro..yet also was willing to add her two cents and I loved her sassy, yet respectful attitude. I hired her and was soooo pleased with her work ethic and her personality. My revenue property sold quickly with the least interruption to my tenants. I was very pleased with the price I got and her negotiations to get me a very good price. If I ever decide to buy or sell in Prince George I wouldn’t hire anyone else and that goes for any referrals. She is honest, hardworking, spunky and will be very successful in her career.

Shannon was knowledgeable about the area we purchased in and made the process of buying our new home very smooth. Shannon listened to our needs and showed us properties within our price range. We felt like we were her only clients as she was always available for questions and we never felt pressured as Shannon is very amiable and professional.
