I basically drive my cars here immediately after purchase and let them work their magic. I have had six cars detailed or covered in PPF and more here. The team are very nice and always do a great job. They know their products and services well and can recommend the best packages for you and let you know in advance of any issues with what you had planned and how it would actually work on your car. I actually avoided overpaying for additional stuff after a quick chat with them. You won't always find a place that tells you not to pay them more!I have never had an issue personally that required any warranty work or any other issues so I cannot comment on their response to warranty, but I know they stand behind their work should I ever have an issue.It's great to support a long term local company that does great work and I will be back with every single car I get in the future.

Ming Shine reminds me of the personal and outstanding service that was typical of past times when businesses took real pride and excellence in their work and were honest , reliable, approachable and “down to earth “!The employees at Ming seem to enjoy what they do take real pride in their excellent work.Personally, we were thrilled with the result !! - they took our recently acquired 2009 Hyundai that was dull and had lots of dog hair embedded in carpet and transformed it - inside and outside - now it looks brand new and smells super fresh!I would highly recommend Ming - whether you are interested in preparing your car for resale or you want to improve / refresh your existing car - it is a very high value and worthwhile service !!

I have had work done on my last two new vehicles here, and I have always been happy with the customer service. As well the quality of work.I have had undercoating, rustproofing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tinting done here multiple times. Always quality work and reasonable pricing. I also had a door job repaired in my brand new truck a few years ago. I did not believe I was fixable. When they were done, you would not be able to find the spot.Highly recommend Ming Shine South!

I brought my Buick Encore to Ming for a total check-over under the 5-year Smart Care Appearance Protection policy which will expire soon. They did a great job on the little scratches that I knew about, and even found a few extras. The car looks like new again.I especially appreciated the efficient communication - immediate phone confirmation of my appointment, and email summary of service done.

South location is great. Friendly staff. I've brought my truck in twice. Both times I've been very happy with the results. I showed my parents and friends and my dad has taken both vehicles in for a detail and my mother has taken her car in. Now my buddie is taking his truck in. The full premium detail package is the way to go when it's on sale

Not only did they repair what I had seen, they found scratches that I had net seen and returned my car in showroom worthy condition. Brought my 2022 Acura TLX Type-S in for the 10 year Feynlab self-healing Lite product. The staff was very friendly and thorough. I've taken other vehicles to other shops for PPF and Ceramic, and the quality and service at Ming is way better than anywhere else I've been to. It was a 3 day process, and my car was ready at noon on day 3, they walked around the entire vehicle with me to ensure I was satisfied. They did a great job applying the Ceramic. Will definitely be going back for detailing in the future and Ceramic next time it is needed.
