Kind of pointless saying you’re open till 7pm and informing patients over the phone that docs are available just for the patient to show up and be told “sorry, he’s left”

Worst reception service ever. There are 2 ladies at reception that do not know how to do anything. They speak in their own language and give favors to their own community people. There is no communication within doctors and reception at all. I went for referral various times and never heard back.

Me and my family had a great experience at this clinic. Staff is extremely supportive and caring, especially Ajit at the front desk. My family doctor, Dr. Neeru Anand is a very good listener and patiently handles us every time.

Absolutely awful! Dr. Abdulrahem Laftah does NOT care about anyone's wellbeing, he treats his staff awful, same to his patients. He will not introduce himself nor speak in a concerned or appropriate manor. Was half asleep while talking to us, laid back in unprofessional attire, refused to listen. He will rush you out the door without addressing your concerns. Could not even propley fill out a requsition form, can't even use it! I had to go back in after clairifying twice and still was not done propely! Unheard of! Anyone with ears could do that... He was upset about seeing anyone not his patient yet he runs a walk in clinic! Worst experiance ever! He can't even write properly, nor check the right boxes after TWO people clairifying concerns! No one in this clinic has any right practicing medicine under these conditions, no regard for safety or wellbeing of patients besides for maybe the front desk. The clinic did not even look clean, I do not trust their practices. Do NOT go here if you care about yourself or your loved one's, it's not worth it. Go anywhere else to get the care you deserve, it's 2023 in Canada, access to proper Healthcare is a right not a privilege.

I had to write a review because of the traumatic experience I recently had with this clinic. My 23 year old son went on vacation and developed an infection which caused his lymph nodes to swell as all infections do. Dr. Laftah wrote on the requisition that it was an impression of cancer. Imagine the horror a mother would feel ...and without any blood work or testing to verify his statement. I'm not one to usually write reviews but I think it would be unjust for me NOT to warn the public before visiting this clinic. I'm questionable he really has authentic credentials

Very bad attitude, extremely rude and unprofessional doctos, the doctor is atleadt 90 years old, grumpy and inexperienced, not recommended dont waste your time

Always a great experience here - Dr. Laftah and staff are very supportive . The wait times are minimal and they are open on Saturdays. The pharmacists are lovely, as well. I’m very happy with my family doctor experience here, our whole family is well taken care of.

Excellent service here at the clinic and the pharmacy. Pharmacist Mary is very kind and knowledgeable in her field.

Lack of coordination between reception and medical staff. Doctors mostly sit in their homes and talk on phone. Reception staff is non serious and irresponsible. They lost my documents and took no responsibility. I think all clinics have same style of services.

Absolutely the most unprofessional experience. Do not go here for a blood test. Untrained staff and long wait times even with appointment. Went in for a blood test and staff ended up missing the vein completely while trying to draw blood and asked to come back at a late date
