We went to Oromocto Auto Sales to look at a Fusion & ended up purchasing a Jeep. The service we received was second to none. Jonathan & Trina were more than helpful. It took a few days before we took delivery of the vehicle but that was because of the extras" we got. We live in Saint John & when the Jeep was ready

Oromocto Auto Sales themselves were pleasant enough to deal with. However, the 3rd party extended warranty they offer on their vehicles through SAL protection was so terrible I felt the need to warn customers not to purchase.I've put in two claims for vehicles and both were declined. Said that the failures were because of corrosion and would not cover.The process for these claims is, you turn your vehicle into a garage, they do the work and email pictures and descriptions to the company, and then they deny your claim. At which point you pony up the money for the repairs because you can't leave your vehicle dismantled at the shop.I spent around 2 grand for a protection plan that just adds stress to a vehicle break down.Would not recommend any 3rd party warranties to anyone. Oromocto Auto Sales sold it to me pretty hard assuring me they were great and easy to deal with, and I regretfully bit, don't waste your money.

Exceptional Service! Jonathan provided me with detailed updates via text during the whole purchasing experience. After detailing the car, he sent me pictures of the interior and exterior and the products he used! Oromocto Auto Sales delivered the new to me Mazda Cx-5, with a full tank of gas, directly to my house in Miramichi! I have been driving the car for a month now and could not be happier. 100% satisfied!

I would just like to take a few moments to thank the team at Oromocto Auto Sales. I recently took a promotion in Saint John, which requires me to commute about an hour each way every day. My old car was fine, but I wanted the peace of mind that comes with a newer, quality vehicle. Wife and I purchased an SUV from here, and we couldn't be happier with how the whole sale went. Not only was the price a couple thousand less than anyone around, with much less kms, but the service was exceptional. Most dealerships are done with you one you sign the deal, but not here. We noticed an issue with a sensor that was covered under Nissan warranty, they took it upon themselves to not only make the appointment for us, they also gave us a loaner and took it in to get re-calibrated for us. They went above and beyond every step of the way! No hassle, no typical pushy salesmen, no tricks, 100% satisfied!
