Hannays went above and beyond on getting a my Yar-Craft, Ordered, Built, and Hooked to my truck in very short amount of time. There Tom my salesman was very good at communication and to addressing my needs in a timely Manor. I have purchased 2 boats through him in 4 years and would be happy to do It again. Big recommendation is in order for the team over at Hannay's

My husband purchased a 2006 Larson from Tom earlier this year at Hannay’s. It was a wonderful boat and the sales service was great. Unfortunately, Lake Mille Lacs sunk our boat on our honeymoon. Once we got it out of the lake, we brought it right away to Hannay’s Marine per Tom’s instructions. They were very helpful but unfortunately the Larson was a total loss. Tom once again provided excellence service when my husband then purchased a brand new 2022 Stingray. With all the paperwork and insurance calls between the two boats, Hannay’s Marine handled it all and made the process seamless. We have been very happy with the service we have received by Tom and all the staff at Hannay’s. They also provide winterizing services and storage for the off season that we have taken advantage of, again making the process simple. We will definitely keep using their services for years to come.

Service crew there were great! Had a trolling motor and Helix installed. Everything looks professional. To top things off, the service crew completely cleaned all areas of my boat where they were working! Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated!!!

Hannay’s is truly exceptional. I had taken my boat there for service for many years but hadn’t been in for a few. I connected with Tim about purchasing a new motor for an old boat and he has been a great partner. He helped maximize the trade in value for my old motor and helped me through some unexpected repairs, etc. Don was terrific as well. The experience has restored my faith in customer service and no wonder Hannay’s has been around as long as it has. Many of the staff are 10+ year vets which also tells you something. Keep up the good work!

I bought a used boat from them and had issues shortly after. They went above and beyond to get me back on the water when they probably didn’t have to. Great sales staff to exceptional service staff! These guys believe in what they sell and back it up!

My husband and I are looking for a new pontoon, and a girlfriend of mine was in town visiting. While shopping, she mentioned a certain new pontoon that her family was looking for, so she and I drove to Hannay to see if they had one in stock. We must have been there for over 10 minutes looking around on the raised platforms while waiting for some help. We looked up towards the front desk and they had 2 employees waiting on one man and no other customer but us in sight. We are old enough to have experienced that feeling that if we had instead been with our husbands, we would have had instant help. We walked out the door having not even been acknowledged. They won't get our money.

They fixed the brakes on my trailer. Furst, it is very difficult to find a business that will repair a trailer, so I very much appreciated that. They did a great job, and even helped me hook the trailer up to my car. Everyone at Hannay's was extremely friendly and helpful.

Good selection of service parts and accessories. Helpful staff. They actually answer the phone too!!
