The only reason I am writing this is because this is the SECOND time it happened to me at this place. The older ladies who work there are good and quick but both times I had a new" staff member they were young and seemed nervous. Both times I had my vein poked at and blown to the point of bruising and raised skin and pain for days. I have never experienced this in my life. As soon as the other lady came to take my blood it came out fine. I really hope they are not allowing these new workers to work on children as I am now nervous to get bloodwork and will NOT return to this location."

Well if anything was negative per others' reviews about their service before it has certainly been overwhelmingly corrected. Today I had blood taken and it was a breeze. The staff were efficient and polite and the line outside moved along pretty quick. My last visits here in the last year were also outstanding so I can't but give them 5 stars! Great job!

I was excited to have a lab office close to home, but it was not a good first experience & I definitely will not be returning.I understand this is a lab clinic and the idea is for fast service, but it’s a very cold, rude environment. the office staff should treat patients with a little more kindness.
