We went for a breakfast at this location(222 Baseline Rd, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 1S8) last May 24th 2023 past 10am and we ordered breakfast and i was sitting facing the counter/tills.While waiting i was reading the menus in the menu board and suddenly fixed my eye on the staff at the back doing the orders and was surprised to see the lady who wears a bangle putting tomatoes in one of the order without any gloves,like she was doing food prep using her bare handsMy thought was,...does A&W food preparation doesn't include wearing gloves anymore.Those are fresh tomatoes,freshky cracked eggs.

This A&W restaurant is warmer than an other we were visiting. The doors & the drive-through windows, cool down a place very fast in colder climates. Good experience

Wemt to the our on Baseline, ordered 2 buddy burgers before breakfast rush. I had to wait, very slow, confusing since I was the only person at the drive thru.. When I finally recieved my order, both burgers looked thrown together,patties not on bun, completely covered in ketchup to the point that it no longer looked accidental.

Compared to other locations I do feel this one is lacking. The employees are always a little brisk, no smiles. And the chicken burgers are a little flat.

I come to this location a lot. It is for the food. I like A&W. The customer service is not very good. You are rushed through the line and the servers are hard to understand. Then they treat you worse because you don't get what they are saying. If they tried to be nice to their customers this would be a great place to sit down. I use the drive through more for this reason. They are not friendly.

The Whistle Dog is Back!!!Now that being said I remember it being better then it was, if you were a fan of the dog before they took it off the menu the first time you will probably like it, otherwise it’s kinda just meh.4 stars because the service was really good and the food was ok.
