Very Disappointed in this Law Firm.My father had recently passed away and I called to see if I could get some advice and potentially set up services. Mr. Melville talked with me for about 20 minutes and seemed very nice. He said he would follow up on some answers and then contact me the next day to talk about seeing whether services would be a good idea.Someone from his office did call the next day but I was unable to pick up the phone. He left a voicemail saying he would call later on the weekend instead. The weekend came and went with no phone call. I called and left a message with the receptionist asking for a call back when he was available.A week went by with no response. I called the receptionist again inquiring if I could speak with him. However, he was in a meeting and so I left another message with her.Finally, I called back a week later after not hearing back. I left another (admittedly frustrated) message with the receptionist imploring him to contact me as I had not heard back in over 3 weeks.Another week has come and gone with no call back. Not even to say that they are too busy with other clients or they think another law firm may be better able to help.It is safe to say this type of unresponsive behavior is highly unprofessional. Go to someone else who actually has the decency to call potential clients back!!
