À chaque fois que nous allons faire notre examen de vue, nous demandons toujours d’avoir notre prescription papier puisque nous voulons acheter nos lunettes ailleurs parce que c’est trop cher chez Air Visuelle. À chaque fois que je demande ma prescription, les réceptionnistes sont toujours réticente de me la donner puisque bien évidemment je n’achète pas de lunette chez eux. Aussi, je pourrais dire qu’elles deviennent bête suite à ma demande. C’est agaçant.

Super bon service de la réception, à la salle d'examen jusqu'au choix de monture!! On m'as bien questionné sur ce que je voulais et ce que je ne voulais pas, belle prise en charge professionnelle de toute l'équipe. Je recommande cette place à tout le monde si vous voulez être écouté et si voulez qu'on tienne en compte vos goûts. Merci à L'Aire Visuelle pour votre service impeccable!

I am a trusted advisor in sales for over 20 plus years and today was my first visit at L'aire Visuelle on Dagenais. I can tell based on my experience what customer centric focus is and this facility is nothing of warm welcoming starting with Pierluigi, Enza was a godsend in running the disganostics and assured you, and Tony Canuto was impecciable the entire org chart was seamless I encourage anyone highly to visit this place for an eye visit. From the bottom of heart a true excellent experience. Book with Tony Canuto and Enza although the entire staff is excellent

Ordered glasses with sun transition and an extra sun clip. Paid in full very expensive for both. Was told the order was ready. Arrived to pick them up. Asked to pay balance and in the end told that they never ordered the clips. You would think that when they place an order and then receive it, they would make sure the order is complete before calling the customer and asking them to pay the balance. We are now close to 3 weeks, no glasses, no clips and they got paid in full!! Was told it can take another 2 weeks to receive the clips. Last time I'm buying anything from them.

Very bad service, The girl broke my glasses while adjusting them and they expected me to pay for it anyways.They refused to give me a new frame . Plus the receptionists are very rude!
