I was sure I needed my brakes to be changed. Contacted Mark over at Pro-tech and after checking out my car. He told me the brakes had lots of life left and the noise i was hearing was something else very minor. I appreciated the honestly and I will be coming back!

Mark and the gang are the best. Being a woman I'm always weary of the mechanic to be overcharged and talked down to...not the case here. I've been going to them for years and they're fair and let you know what work needs to be done and a timeline and scenarios if you choose not to. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles.

Been going to this place since it was originally A&T Motors, then Pro Tech came in and I decided to give them a shot and was going to them for a bit and usually was satisfied with the job and service. But eventually after a while I started noticing the price on some of the jobs that in my opinion were a little over priced and noticing random fees on my bill that i’ve never seen any other mechanics do. The last straw was when they charged my mother $140 for one light bulb even tho retail price for the one she got was around $70-$80 and charged her $50 for labour even tho changing a bulb takes 5-10 minutes so after that we both decided not to go there anymore because of the ridiculous prices.

AMAZING!! First time client, showed up with muffler dragging on the ground for them to have a look at and give me the bad news $$$. Mark brought it right in and told me it was an easy fix and had it repaired in less than an hour. Hard to find honesty in this business these days and he was excellent. He explained the situation and I appreciated that he completely understands these things happen at the most inconvenient times and not everyone is made of money. This is now my new automotive repair facility. Thanks Mark!!

Mark and the team at ProTech have provided excellent service for our vehicles. I'd highly recommend making an appointment even if they're busy if you're looking for an honest mechanic with great prices and excellent service.I've talked to Mark on multiple occasions before and after having repairs completed at ProTech and he is always very professional and happy to take the extra time to explain the details to make sure the job is done right. I had a strut tower brace installed on my classic 2002,35th Anniversary Camaro, SLP Edition. The staff was nothing short of amazing. 1 bracket had to be widened about 3 hair widths, they wrapped the bracket in a cloth (CLEAN) so as to not scratch the paint on the bracket. Also, they used NEW fender protectors. NOT a fingerprint when all was said and done. I would have GLADLY paid twice what I was charged! Cannot recommend highly enough. Top drawer. DO NOT HESITATE to call them.
