I have gone to this clinic on and off for almost 20 years. It has been a saviour on many occasions when I couldn’t get in to see my doctor. The triage system they have is efficient and the doctors are all caring. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, however it is to be expected. Go prepared with something to read and water!

Though they are opened till 5pm on Sunday however, they refused to see our son at 4:05pm, reason being they are already have patients in the waiting rooms. Be aware to give yourself ample time to see the Dr or use hospital ER.

Waited 4 hours to see a doctor today. At one point I thought I heard my named called but saw someone else going in with the nurse. I asked receptionist if my name had been called. She bit my head off, clenching her teeth saying “I Told You It Will Be Awhile. At Least Another Hour Before You Get In!!!”. Unbelievable. This place should be permitted to continue as a walk in clinic.

staff are ridiculously rude. clinic closed early with the reasoning being posted as “high volume of patients” but once actually speaking with staff there was no doctor on site. honestly the worst walk in clinic in burlington. you’re better off waiting 5 hours in the hospital.

Waited 2.5 hours to see a dr. She wasn’t thorough or caring. If you’re her patient you can walk right in. Otherwise 2.5 hour wait. Choose another clinic.

I went here and I saw a group of people working their hardest while helping the most people possible. Many people, especially those not feeling well, were making request that were unreasonable by any means, but they handled it well and kept on helping people.I am not saying that other people have their thoughts of the service, but I truly believe that they are trying their best to help those in need, and not just prescribe what people think they need.

The phones are rarely ever answered. Went for get a referral back in November, it is now mid February and neither myself of the clinic the referral was for can get a hold of them to resubmit the lost referral. The wait to see a doctor is also on the lengthy side. Luckily the referral was not of immediate urgency, but would have liked to see the clinic it was referred to months ago

Nurse got me a wheelchair without asking until I could get service to diagnose a broken foot. I waited an appropriate amount of time to be seen, given this is busy clinic in a busy area. Diagnostic imaging and follow up to imaging was quick and effective.

Won’t even fill out a sheet for me when I asked they said they don’t wanna take responsibility, but as a doctor it’s kinda their job to take care of patients no and fought me for 10 minutes about it when they could’ve just filled it out and we would’ve been done

Not sure why this is rated low. I had a great time there and I have been about 5 different times. I’ve had to wait each time but no longer then what I expected. I have also gotten x-rays done next door. This place is great.I had to get 3 stitches in my lip after a hockey game and I was in and out in 1 hour.Great staff great doctors. At the end of the day it’s still sitting at the doctors. It’s never going to be a great time but this place is way better then sitting in ER.
